Isaiah 43:14-21
14This is what the Lord your 1Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says: “For your sake I have sent to Babylon, And will bring them all down as fugitives, 2Even the 3Chaldeans, into the 4ships 5over which they rejoice.15I am the Lord, your Holy One, 6The Creator of Israel, your 7King.” 16This is what the Lord says, He who 8makes a way through the sea And a path through the mighty waters,17Who brings out the 9chariot and the horse, The army and the mighty man (They will lie down together and not rise again; They have been 10extinguished, and have gone out like a wick):18“11Do not call to mind the former things, Or consider things of the past.19Behold, I am going to do something 12new, Now it will spring up; Will you not be aware of it? I will even 13make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.20The animals of the field will glorify Me, The 14jackals and the ostriches, Because I have 15given waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My chosen people.21The people whom 16I formed for Myself 17Will declare My praise.
