Isaiah 30:27-28
27Behold, 1the name of the Lord comes from a 2remote place; 3His anger is burning and 4dense with 5smoke; His lips are filled with 6indignation, And His tongue is like a 7consuming fire;28His 8breath is like an overflowing river, Which 9reaches to the neck, To 10shake the nations back and forth in a 11sieve, And to put in the jaws of the peoples 12the bridle which leads astray.
