Ephesians 5:8-13

8for 1you were once 2darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as 3children of light

9(for 4the fruit of the light consists in all 5goodness, righteousness, and truth),

1067as you try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.

118Do not participate in the useless 9deeds of 10darkness, but instead even 11expose them;

12for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.

13But all things become visible 12when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light.
