Samuel 6:20-23
But when DavidH1732 returnedH7725 to blessH1288 his householdH1004, MichalH4324 the daughterH1323 of SaulH7586 cameH3318 out to meetH7122 DavidH1732 and saidH559, “HowH4100 the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 distinguishedH3513 himself todayH3117! 1He uncoveredH1540 himself todayH3117 in the eyesH5869 of his servants’H5650 maidsH519 as oneH259 of the 2foolishH7386 onesH7386 shamelesslyH1540 uncoversH1540 himself!”
So DavidH1732 saidH559 to MichalH4324, “3It was beforeH6440 the LordH3068, whoH834 choseH977 me aboveH4480 your fatherH1 and aboveH4480 allH3605 his houseH1004, to appointH6680 me rulerH5057 overH5921 the peopleH5971 of the LordH3068, overH5921 IsraelH3478; therefore I will celebrateH7832 beforeH6440 the LordH3068.
I will be moreH5750 lightlyH7043 esteemedH7043 thanH4480 thisH2088 and will be humbleH8217 in my own eyesH5869, but with the maidsH519 of whomH834 you have spokenH559, with them I will be distinguishedH3513.”
MichalH4324 the daughterH1323 of SaulH7586 hadH1961 noH3808 childH3206 to the dayH3117 of her deathH4194.
