Samuel 17:34-37
But DavidH1732 saidH559 to SaulH7586, “Your servantH5650 was tendingH7462 his father’sH1 sheepH6629. When a lionH738 or a bearH1677 cameH935 and tookH5375 a lambH7716 from the flockH5739,
I wentH3318 out afterH310 him and 1attackedH5221 him, and 2rescuedH5337 it from his mouthH6310; and when he roseH6965 up againstH5921 me, I seizedH2388 him by his beardH2206 and 3struckH5221 him and killedH4191 him.
Your servantH5650 has 4killedH5221 bothH1571 the lionH738 and the bearH1677; and thisH2088 uncircumcisedH6189 PhilistineH6430 will be like oneH259 of them, sinceH3588 he has tauntedH2778 the armiesH4634 of the livingH2416 GodH430.”
And DavidH1732 saidH559, “5The LordH3068 whoH834 deliveredH5337 me from the pawH3027 of the lionH738 and from the pawH3027 of the bearH1677, He will deliverH5337 me from the handH3027 of thisH2088 PhilistineH6430.” And SaulH7586 saidH559 to DavidH1732, “6GoH1980, and may the LordH3068 be with you.”
