1“Ariseק֥וּמִיKu.miH6965,shineא֖וֹרִי'o.riH215; for yourlightאוֹרֵ֑ךְ'o.RekhH216has comeבָ֣אva'H935, And thegloryוּכְב֥וֹדu.khe.VodH3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has risenזָרָֽח׃za.RachH2224upon you.

2For beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,darknessהַחֹ֙שֶׁךְ֙ha.Cho.shekhH2822will coverיְכַסֶּה־ye.kha.seh-H3680the earthאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776And deepH6205darknessוַעֲרָפֶ֖לva.'a.ra.FelH6205the peoplesלְאֻמִּ֑יםle.'u.MimH3816;But the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068will riseיִזְרַ֣חyiz.RachH2224upon you And Hisgloryוּכְבוֹד֖וֹu.khe.vo.DoH3519will appearיֵרָאֶֽה׃ye.ra.'EhH7200upon you.

3Nationsגוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471will comeוְהָלְכ֥וּve.ha.le.KhuH1980to your lightלְאוֹרֵ֑ךְle.'o.RekhH216,And kingsוּמְלָכִ֖יםu.me.la.KhimH4428to the brightnessלְנֹ֥גַהּle.No.gahH5051of your risingזַרְחֵֽךְ׃zar.ChekhH2225.

4“Liftשְׂאִֽי־se.'i-H5375up your eyesעֵינַ֙יִךְ֙'ei.Na.yikhH5869roundH5439aboutH5439and seeוּרְאִ֔יu.re.'IH7200;They allכֻּלָּ֖םku.LamH3605gatherנִקְבְּצ֣וּnik.be.TzuH6908together, theycomeבָֽאוּ־va.'u-H935to you.Your sonsבָּנַ֙יִךְ֙ba.Na.yikhH1121will comeיָבֹ֔אוּya.Vo.'uH935from afarמֵרָח֣וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350, And yourdaughtersוּבְנֹתַ֖יִךְu.ve.no.Ta.yikhH1323will becarriedתֵּאָמַֽנָה׃te.'a.Ma.nahH539in the armsצַ֥דtzadH6654.

5Thenאָ֤ז'azH227you will seeתִּרְאִי֙tir.'IH7200and beradiantוְנָהַ֔רְתְּve.na.HartH5102,And your heartלְבָבֵ֑ךְle.va.VekhH3824willthrillוּפָחַ֥דu.fa.ChadH6342and rejoiceוְרָחַ֖בve.ra.ChavH7337;Becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588theabundanceהֲמ֣וֹןha.MonH1995of the seaיָ֔םYamH3220will be turnedיֵהָפֵ֤ךְye.ha.FekhH2015to you, Thewealthחֵ֥ילcheilH2428of the nationsגּוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471will comeיָבֹ֥אוּya.Vo.'uH935to you.

6A multitudeשִֽׁפְעַ֨תshif.'AtH8229of camelsגְּמַלִּ֜יםge.ma.LimH1581will coverתְּכַסֵּ֗ךְte.kha.SekhH3680you,The youngH1072camelsH1072of Midianמִדְיָן֙mid.YanH4080andEphahוְעֵיפָ֔הve.'ei.FahH5891;Allכֻּלָּ֖םku.LamH3605those fromShebaמִשְּׁבָ֣אmi.she.Va'H7614will comeיָבֹ֑אוּya.Vo.'uH935;They will bringיִשָּׂ֔אוּyi.Sa.'uH5375goldזָהָ֤בza.HavH2091and frankincenseוּלְבוֹנָה֙u.le.vo.NahH3828, And willbearיְבַשֵּֽׂרוּ׃ye.va.Se.ruH1319good newsH1319of the praisesוּתְהִלֹּ֥תu.te.hi.LotH8416of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.

7Allכָּל־kol-H3605the flocksצֹ֤אןtzonH6629ofKedarקֵדָר֙ke.DarH6938will be gatheredיִקָּ֣בְצוּyi.Ka.ve.tzuH6908together to you,The ramsאֵילֵ֥י'ei.LeiH352of Nebaiothנְבָי֖וֹתne.va.YotH5032will ministerיְשָׁרְת֑וּנֶךְye.sha.re.Tu.nekhH8334to you;They will goיַעֲל֤וּya.'a.LuH5927up with acceptanceרָצוֹן֙ra.tzOnH7522on Myaltarמִזְבְּחִ֔יmiz.be.ChiH4196, And I shallglorifyאֲפָאֵֽר׃'a.fa.'ErH6286Mygloriousתִּפְאַרְתִּ֖יtif.'ar.TiH8597houseוּבֵ֥יתu.VeitH1004.

8Whoמִי־mi-H4310are theseאֵ֖לֶּה'E.lehH428who flyתְּעוּפֶ֑ינָהte.'u.Fei.nahH5774like a cloudכָּעָ֣בka.'AvH5645And like the dovesוְכַיּוֹנִ֖יםve.khai.yo.NimH3123to theirlatticesאֲרֻבֹּתֵיהֶֽם׃'a.ru.bo.tei.HemH699?

10“Foreignersבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121will buildוּבָנ֤וּu.va.NuH1129up your wallsחֹמֹתַ֔יִךְcho.mo.Ta.yikhH2346, And theirkingsוּמַלְכֵיהֶ֖םu.mal.khei.HemH4428will ministerיְשָׁרְת֑וּנֶךְye.sha.re.Tu.nekhH8334to you; For in Mywrathבְקִצְפִּי֙ve.kitz.PiH7110I struckהִכִּיתִ֔יךְhi.ki.TikhH5221you,And in My favorוּבִרְצוֹנִ֖יu.vir.tzo.NiH7522I have hadH7355compassionרִֽחַמְתִּֽיךְ׃Ri.cham.TikhH7355on you.

11Yourgatesשְׁעָרַ֧יִךְshe.'a.Ra.yikhH8179will be openוּפִתְּח֨וּu.fi.te.ChuH6605continuallyתָּמִ֛ידta.MidH8548;They will not be closedיִסָּגֵ֑רוּyi.sa.Ge.ruH5462dayיוֹמָ֥םyo.MamH3119or nightוָלַ֖יְלָהva.Lay.lahH3915, So that men maybringלְהָבִ֤יאle.ha.Vi'H935to you the wealthחֵ֣ילcheilH2428of the nationsגּוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471, Withtheir kingsוּמַלְכֵיהֶ֖םu.mal.khei.HemH4428ledH5090in processionH5090.

12For thenationהַגּ֧וֹיha.GoyH1471and the kingdomוְהַמַּמְלָכָ֛הve.ha.mam.la.KhahH4467whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834will not serveיַעַבְד֖וּךְya.'av.DukhH5647you will perishיֹאבֵ֑דוּyo.Ve.duH6,And the nationsוְהַגּוֹיִ֖םve.ha.go.YimH1471will be utterlyחָרֹ֥בcha.RoH2717ruinedיֶחֱרָֽבוּ׃ye.che.Ra.vuH2717.

13Thegloryכְּב֤וֹדke.VodH3519of Lebanonהַלְּבָנוֹן֙ha.le.va.nOnH3844will comeיָב֔וֹאya.Vo'H935to you, Thejuniperבְּר֛וֹשׁbe.Ro.oshH1265,the boxH8410treeH8410and the cypressוּתְאַשּׁ֖וּרu.te.'a.ShurH8391togetherH3164,To beautifyלְפָאֵר֙le.fa.'ErH6286the placeמְק֣וֹםme.KomH4725of My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֔יmik.da.ShiH4720;And I shall makeH3513theplaceוּמְק֥וֹםu.me.KomH4725of My feetרַגְלַ֖יrag.LaiH7272gloriousH3513.

14Thesonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of those who afflictedמְעַנַּ֔יִךְme.'a.Na.yikhH6031you will comeוְהָלְכ֨וּve.ha.le.KhuH1980bowingשְׁח֙וֹחַ֙she.Cho.achH7817to you,And allכָּל־kol-H3605those who despisedמְנַֽאֲצָ֑יִךְme.na.'a.Tza.yikhH5006you will bowוְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֛וּve.hish.ta.cha.VuH7812themselves at the solesכַּפּ֥וֹתka.PotH3709of your feetרַגְלַ֖יִךְrag.La.yikhH7272;And they will callוְקָ֤רְאוּve.Ka.re.'uH7121you thecityעִ֣יר'irH5892of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, TheZionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726of the Holyקְד֥וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918OneH6918of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
