14And it will be saidוְאָמַ֥רve.'a.MarH559, “Buildסֹֽלּוּ־so.lu-H5549up, buildסֹ֖לּוּSo.luH5549up, prepareפַּנּוּ־pa.nu-H6437the wayדָ֑רֶךְDa.rekhH1870,Removeהָרִ֥ימוּha.Ri.muH7311everyobstacleמִכְשׁ֖וֹלmikh.SholH4383out of the wayמִדֶּ֥רֶךְmi.De.rekhH1870of My peopleעַמִּֽי׃ ס'a.MiH5971.”

15For thusכֹ֨הkhohH3541saysאָמַ֜ר'a.MarH559thehighרָ֣םramH7311and exaltedוְנִשָּׂ֗אve.ni.Sa'H5375One Wholivesשֹׁכֵ֥ןsho.KhenH7931foreverעַד֙'adH5703,whose nameשְׁמ֔וֹshe.MoH8034is Holyוְקָד֣וֹשׁve.ka.Do.oshH6918, “Idwellאֶשְׁכּ֑וֹן'esh.KonH7931ona highמָר֥וֹםma.RomH4791and holyוְקָד֖וֹשׁve.ka.Do.oshH6918place, And also with thecontriteדַּכָּא֙da.Ka'H1793and lowlyוּשְׁפַל־u.she.fal-H8217of spiritר֔וּחַRu.achH7307In order toreviveלְהַחֲיוֹת֙le.ha.cha.yOtH2421the spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307of the lowlyשְׁפָלִ֔יםshe.fa.LimH8217And to reviveוּֽלְהַחֲי֖וֹתu.le.ha.cha.YotH2421the heartלֵ֥בlevH3820of the contriteנִדְכָּאִֽים׃nid.ka.'ImH1792.

16For I willnot contendאָרִ֔יב'a.RivH7378foreverלְעוֹלָם֙le.'o.LamH5769,NorH3808will I alwaysלָנֶ֖צַחla.Ne.tzachH5331be angryאֶקְּצ֑וֹף'e.ke.TzofH7107;For the spiritר֙וּחַ֙Ru.achH7307would growH5848faintיַֽעֲט֔וֹףya.'a.TofH5848beforeמִלְּפָנַ֣יmi.le.fa.NaiH4480 H6440Me, And thebreathוּנְשָׁמ֖וֹתu.ne.sha.MotH5397of those whomI have madeעָשִֽׂיתִי׃'a.Si.tiH6213.

17Because of the iniquityבַּעֲוֹ֥ןba.'a.VonH5771of hisunjustבִּצְע֛וֹbitz.'OH1215gainH1215I was angryקָצַ֥פְתִּיka.Tzaf.tiH7107and struckוְאַכֵּ֖הוּve.'a.Ke.huH5221him;I hidהַסְתֵּ֣רhas.TerH5641My faceand was angryוְאֶקְצֹ֑ףve.'ek.TzofH7107,And he wentוַיֵּ֥לֶךְvai.Ye.lekhH1980onturningH7726awayH7726,in the wayבְּדֶ֥רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870of his heartלִבּֽוֹ׃li.BoH3820.

18I have seenרָאִ֖יתִיra.'I.tiH7200his waysדְּרָכָ֥יוde.ra.KhavH1870, but I willhealוְאֶרְפָּאֵ֑הוּve.'er.pa.'E.huH7495him; I willleadוְאַנְחֵ֕הוּve.'an.Che.huH5148him andrestoreוַאֲשַׁלֵּ֧םva.'a.sha.LemH7999comfortנִֽחֻמִ֛יםni.chu.MimH5150to him and to his mournersוְלַאֲבֵלָֽיו׃ve.la.'a.ve.LavH57,
