2The Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068doth build upבּוֹנֵ֣הbo.NehH1129Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֣םye.ru.sha.LimH3389:he gathereth togetherיְכַנֵּֽס׃ye.kha.NesH3664the outcastsH1760of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֣לYis.ra.'ElH3478.

3He healethהָ֭רֹפֵאHa.ro.fe'H7495the brokenלִשְׁב֣וּרֵיlish.Vu.reiH7665in heartלֵ֑בLevH3820,and bindeth upוּ֝מְחַבֵּ֗שׁu.me.cha.BeshH2280their woundsלְעַצְּבוֹתָֽם׃le.'a.tze.vo.TamH6094.

4He tellethמוֹנֶ֣הmo.NehH4487the numberמִ֭סְפָּרMis.porH4557of the starsלַכּוֹכָבִ֑יםla.ko.kha.VimH3556;he callethיִקְרָֽא׃yik.Ra'H7121them all by theirnamesשֵׁמ֥וֹתshe.MotH8034.

10He delightethיֶחְפָּ֑ץyech.PatzH2654not in the strengthבִגְבוּרַ֣תvig.vu.RatH1369of the horseהַסּ֣וּסha.SusH5483:he taketh not pleasureיִרְצֶֽה׃yir.TzehH7521in the legsבְשׁוֹקֵ֖יve.sho.KeiH7785of a manהָאִ֣ישׁha.'IshH376.

11The Lordיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068taketh pleasureרוֹצֶ֣הro.TzehH7521in them that fearיְרֵאָ֑יוye.re.'AvH3373him, in those that hopeהַֽמְיַחֲלִ֥יםham.ya.cha.LimH3176in his mercyלְחַסְדּֽוֹ׃le.chas.DoH2617.

12Praiseשַׁבְּחִ֣יsha.be.ChiH7623the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,O Jerusalemיְ֭רוּשָׁלִַםYe.ru.sha.limH3389;praiseהַֽלְלִ֖יha.LiH1984thy Godאֱלֹהַ֣יִךְ'e.lo.Ha.yikhH430,O Zionצִיּֽוֹן׃tzi.YonH6726.

13For he hath strengthenedחִ֭זַּקChi.zakH2388the barsבְּרִיחֵ֣יbe.ri.CheiH1280of thy gatesשְׁעָרָ֑יִךְshe.'a.Ra.yikhH8179;he hath blessedבֵּרַ֖ךְbe.RakhH1288thy childrenבָּנַ֣יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121withinבְּקִרְבֵּֽךְ׃be.kir.BekhH7130thee.

14He makethהַשָּׂם־ha.som-H7760peaceשָׁל֑וֹםsha.LomH7965inthy bordersגְּבוּלֵ֥ךְge.vu.LekhH1366, andfillethיַשְׂבִּיעֵֽךְ׃yas.bi.'EkhH7646thee with the finestחֵ֥לֶבChe.levH2459of the wheatחִ֝טִּ֗יםchi.TimH2406.
