9These arethe generationsתּוֹלְדֹ֣תtol.DotH8435of Noahנֹ֔חַNo.achH5146:Noahנֹ֗חַNo.achH5146was a justצַדִּ֛יקtza.DikH6662manאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376andperfectתָּמִ֥יםta.MimH8549in his generationsבְּדֹֽרֹתָ֑יוbe.do.ro.TavH1755, andNoahנֹֽחַ׃No.achH5146walkedהִֽתְהַלֶּךְ־hit.ha.lekh-H1980with Godהָֽאֱלֹהִ֖יםha.'E.lo.HimH430.

10And Noahנֹ֖חַNo.achH5146begatוַיּ֥וֹלֶדvai.Yo.ledH3205threeשְׁלֹשָׁ֣הshe.lo.ShahH7969sonsבָנִ֑יםva.NimH1121,Shemשֵׁ֖םshemH8035,Hamחָ֥םchamH2526,and Japhethיָֽפֶת׃Ya.fetH3315.

11The earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776also was corruptוַתִּשָּׁחֵ֥תva.ti.sha.ChetH7843beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Godהָֽאֱלֹהִ֑יםha.'E.lo.HimH430,and the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776was filledוַתִּמָּלֵ֥אva.ti.ma.Le'H4390with violenceחָמָֽס׃cha.MasH2555.

12And Godאֱלֹהִ֛ים'E.lo.HimH430lookedוַיַּ֧רְאvai.Yar'H7200upon the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776,and, behold, it was corruptנִשְׁחָ֑תָהnish.Cha.tahH7843;for all fleshבָּשָׂ֛רba.SarH1320had corruptedהִשְׁחִ֧יתhish.ChitH7843his wayדַּרְכּ֖וֹdar.KoH1870upon the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ סha.'A.retzH776.

13And Godאֱלֹהִ֜ים'E.lo.HimH430saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Noahלְנֹ֗חַle.No.achH5146,The endקֵ֤ץketzH7093of all fleshבָּשָׂר֙ba.SarH1320is comeבָּ֣אba'H935before meלְפָנַ֔יle.fa.NaiH6440;for the earthהָאָ֛רֶץha.'A.retzH776is filled withמָלְאָ֥הmal.'AhH4390violenceחָמָ֖סcha.MasH2555through themמִפְּנֵיהֶ֑םmi.pe.nei.HemH6440;and, behold, I will destroyמַשְׁחִיתָ֖םmash.chi.TamH7843them withאֶת־'et-H854the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

15And this is the fashionwhich thou shalt makeתַּֽעֲשֶׂ֖הta.'a.SehH6213it of:The lengthאֹ֚רֶךְ'O.rekhH753of the arkהַתֵּבָ֔הha.te.VahH8392shall bethreeשְׁלֹ֧שׁshe.LoshH7969hundredמֵא֣וֹתme.'otH3967cubitsאַמָּ֗ה'a.MahH520,the breadthרָחְבָּ֔הּra.che.BahH7341of it fiftyחֲמִשִּׁ֤יםcha.mi.ShimH2572cubitsאַמָּה֙'a.MahH520,and the heightקוֹמָתָֽהּ׃ko.ma.TahH6967of it thirtyוּשְׁלֹשִׁ֥יםu.she.lo.ShimH7970cubitsאַמָּ֖ה'a.MahH520.

16A windowצֹ֣הַר׀Tzo.harH6672shalt thou makeתַּֽעֲשֶׂ֣הta.'a.SehH6213to the arkלַתֵּבָ֗הla.te.VahH8392,and in a cubitאַמָּה֙'a.MahH520shalt thou finishתְּכַלֶ֣נָּהte.kha.Le.nahH3615it aboveמִלְמַ֔עְלָהmil.Ma'.lahH4605;and the doorוּפֶ֥תַחu.Fe.tachH6607of the arkהַתֵּבָ֖הha.te.VahH8392shalt thou setתָּשִׂ֑יםta.SimH7760in the side thereofבְּצִדָּ֣הּbe.tzi.DahH6654; withlowerתַּחְתִּיִּ֛םtach.ti.YimH8482,secondשְׁנִיִּ֥םshe.ni.YimH8145,and thirdוּשְׁלִשִׁ֖יםu.she.li.ShimH7992storiesshalt thou makeתַּֽעֲשֶֽׂהָ׃Ta.'a.Se.haH6213it.

17And, beholdהִנְנִי֩hi.NiH2009,Iוַאֲנִ֗יva.'a.NiH589,even I, do bringמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935a floodהַמַּבּ֥וּלha.ma.BulH3999of watersמַ֙יִם֙ma.yimH4325upon the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,to destroyלְשַׁחֵ֣תle.sha.ChetH7843all fleshבָּשָׂ֗רba.SarH1320, wherein isthe breathר֣וּחַRu.achH7307of lifeחַיִּ֔יםchai.YimH2416,from underמִתַּ֖חַתmi.Ta.chatH8478heavenהַשָּׁמָ֑יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064; andevery thingH3605that isin the earthבָּאָ֖רֶץba.'A.retzH776shall dieיִגְוָֽע׃yig.Va'H1478.

18But with thee will I establishוַהֲקִמֹתִ֥יva.ha.ki.mo.TiH6965my covenantבְּרִיתִ֖יbe.ri.TiH1285;and thou shalt comeוּבָאתָ֙u.va.TaH935intoאֶל־'el-H413the arkהַתֵּבָ֔הha.te.VahH8392,thouאַתָּ֕ה'a.TahH859,and thy sonsוּבָנֶ֛יךָu.va.Nei.khaH1121,and thy wifeוְאִשְׁתְּךָ֥ve.'ish.te.KhaH802,and thy sons’בָנֶ֖יךָva.Nei.khaH1121wivesוּנְשֵֽׁי־u.ne.shei-H802with thee.

19And of every living thingהָ֠חַיHa.chaiH2416of all fleshבָּשָׂ֞רba.SarH1320,twoשְׁנַ֧יִםshe.Na.yimH8147of every sortshalt thou bringתָּבִ֥יאta.Vi'H935into the arkהַתֵּבָ֖הha.te.VahH8392, to keep themaliveלְהַחֲיֹ֣תle.ha.cha.YotH2421with thee; they shall be maleזָכָ֥רza.KharH2145and femaleוּנְקֵבָ֖הu.ne.ke.VahH5347.

20Of fowlsמֵהָע֣וֹףme.ha.'ofH5775after their kindלְמִינֵ֗הוּle.mi.Ne.huH4327,and of cattleהַבְּהֵמָה֙ha.be.he.MahH929after their kindלְמִינָ֔הּle.mi.NahH4327,of every creeping thingרֶ֥מֶשׂRe.mesH7431of the earthהָֽאֲדָמָ֖הha.'a.da.MahH127after his kindלְמִינֵ֑הוּle.mi.Ne.huH4327,twoשְׁנַ֧יִםshe.Na.yimH8147of every sortshall comeיָבֹ֥אוּya.Vo.'uH935unto thee, to keep themaliveלְהַֽחֲיֽוֹת׃le.Ha.cha.YotH2421.

21And takeקַח־kach-H3947thou unto thee of all foodמַֽאֲכָל֙ma.'a.KhalH3978that is eatenיֵֽאָכֵ֔לye.'a.KhelH398,and thou shalt gatherוְאָסַפְתָּ֖ve.'a.saf.TaH622itto thee; and it shall be for foodלְאָכְלָֽה׃le.'okh.LahH402for thee, and for them.

22Thus didוַיַּ֖עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213Noahנֹ֑חַNo.achH5146;according to all that Godאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680him, so didעָשָֽׂה׃ ס'a.SahH6213he.
