13Then thou shalt sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֡ve.'a.mar.TaH559beforeלִפְנֵי֩lif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068thy Godאֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430,I have brought awayבִּעַ֧רְתִּיbi.'Ar.tiH1197the hallowed thingsהַקֹּ֣דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944out of minehouseהַבַּ֗יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,and also have givenנְתַתִּ֤יוne.ta.TivH5414them unto the Leviteלַלֵּוִי֙la.le.ViH3881,and unto the strangerוְלַגֵּר֙ve.la.GerH1616,to the fatherlessלַיָּת֣וֹםlai.ya.TomH3490,and to the widowוְלָאַלְמָנָ֔הve.la.'al.ma.NahH490,according to all thy commandmentsמִצְוָתְךָ֖mitz.va.te.KhaH4687which thou hast commandedצִוִּיתָ֑נִיtzi.vi.Ta.niH6680me: I have not transgressedעָבַ֥רְתִּי'a.Var.tiH5674thy commandmentsמִמִּצְוֹתֶ֖יךָmi.mitz.vo.Tei.khaH4687,neither have I forgottenשָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃sha.Kha.che.tiH7911them:
