12When thou hast made an endתְכַלֶּ֞הte.kha.LehH3615of tithingלַ֠עְשֵׂרLa'.serH6237all the tithesמַעְשַׂ֧רma'.SarH4643of thine increaseתְּבוּאָתְךָ֛te.vu.'a.te.KhaH8393the thirdהַשְּׁלִישִׁ֖תha.she.li.ShitH7992yearבַּשָּׁנָ֥הba.sha.NahH8141, which isthe yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of tithingהַֽמַּעֲשֵׂ֑רha.ma.'a.SerH4643,and hast givenוְנָתַתָּ֣הve.na.ta.TahH5414itunto the Leviteלַלֵּוִ֗יla.le.ViH3881,the strangerלַגֵּר֙la.GerH1616,the fatherlessלַיָּת֣וֹםlai.ya.TomH3490,and the widowוְלָֽאַלְמָנָ֔הve.la.'al.ma.NahH490,that they may eatוְאָכְל֥וּve.'a.khe.LuH398within thy gatesבִשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָvish.'a.Rei.khaH8179,and be filledוְשָׂבֵֽעוּ׃ve.sa.Ve.'uH7646;

13Then thou shalt sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֡ve.'a.mar.TaH559beforeלִפְנֵי֩lif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068thy Godאֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430,I have brought awayבִּעַ֧רְתִּיbi.'Ar.tiH1197the hallowed thingsהַקֹּ֣דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944out of minehouseהַבַּ֗יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,and also have givenנְתַתִּ֤יוne.ta.TivH5414them unto the Leviteלַלֵּוִי֙la.le.ViH3881,and unto the strangerוְלַגֵּר֙ve.la.GerH1616,to the fatherlessלַיָּת֣וֹםlai.ya.TomH3490,and to the widowוְלָאַלְמָנָ֔הve.la.'al.ma.NahH490,according to all thy commandmentsמִצְוָתְךָ֖mitz.va.te.KhaH4687which thou hast commandedצִוִּיתָ֑נִיtzi.vi.Ta.niH6680me: I have not transgressedעָבַ֥רְתִּי'a.Var.tiH5674thy commandmentsמִמִּצְוֹתֶ֖יךָmi.mitz.vo.Tei.khaH4687,neither have I forgottenשָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃sha.Kha.che.tiH7911them:
