2 Samuel 7:18-29
18Then KingH4428 DavidH1732 went inH935, satH3427 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068, and saidH559, “WhoH4310 am IH595, O LordH136 GODH3069, and whatH4310 is my houseH1004, thatH3588 You have brought meH935 this farH5704H1988? 19And as ifH5750 thisH2063 was a small thingH6994 in Your eyesH5869, O LordH136 GODH3069, You have alsoH1571 spokenH1696 aboutH413 the futureH7350 of the houseH1004 of Your servantH5650. Is thisH2063 Your customH8451 with manH120, O LordH136 GODH3069?1 20WhatH4100 moreH3254H5750 can DavidH1732 sayH1696 to YouH413? For YouH859 knowH3045 Your servantH5650, O LordH136 GODH3069. 21For the sakeH5668 of Your wordH1697 and according to Your own heartH3820, You have accomplishedH6213 thisH3605H2063 great thingH1420 and revealed itH3045 to Your servantH5650.
22HowH5921H3651 great You areH1431, O LordH136 GODH3069! ForH3588 there is noneH369 like YouH3644, and there is noH369 GodH430 but YouH2108, according to everythingH3605 we have heardH8085 with our own earsH241. 23And whoH4310 is like Your peopleH5971 IsraelH3478—the oneH259 nationH1471 on earthH776 whomH834 GodH430 went outH1980 to redeemH6299 as a peopleH5971 for Himself and to makeH7760 a nameH8034 for Himself? You performedH6213 greatH1420 and awesome wondersH3372 by driving out nationsH1471 and their godsH430 from beforeH6440 Your peopleH5971, whomH834 You redeemedH6299 for Yourself from EgyptH4714.2 24For You have establishedH3559 Your peopleH5971 IsraelH3478 as Your very own foreverH5704H5769, and YouH859, O LORDH3068, have becomeH1961 their GodH430.
25And nowH6258, O LORDH3068 GodH430, confirmH6965 foreverH5704H5769 the wordH1697 You have spokenH1696 concerningH5921 Your servantH5650H5921 and his houseH1004. DoH6213 asH834 You have promisedH1696, 26so that Your nameH8034 will be magnifiedH1431 foreverH5704H5769 when it is saidH559, ‘The LORDH3068 of HostsH6635 is GodH430 overH5921 IsraelH3478.’ And the houseH1004 of Your servantH5650 DavidH1732 will beH1961 establishedH3559 before YouH6440. 27ForH3588 YouH859, O LORDH3068 of HostsH6635, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478, have revealedH1540 this to Your servantH5650 when You saidH559, ‘I will buildH1129 a houseH1004 for you.’ ThereforeH5921H3651 Your servantH5650 has foundH4672 the courageH3820 to offerH6419 thisH2063 prayerH8605 to YouH413.
28And nowH6258, O LordH136 GODH3069, YouH859 areH1931 GodH430! Your wordsH1697 areH1961 trueH571, and You have promisedH1696 thisH2063 goodnessH2896 toH413 Your servantH5650. 29Now thereforeH6258, may it please YouH2974 to blessH1288 the houseH1004 of Your servantH5650, that it may continueH1961 foreverH5769 before YouH6440. ForH3588 YouH859, O LordH136 GODH3069, have spokenH1696, and with Your blessingH1293 the houseH1004 of Your servantH5650 will be blessed foreverH1288H5769.”
