2Now there wasוַיְהִי֩vay.HiH1961aאֶחָ֧ד'e.ChadH259manאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376from Zorahמִצָּרְעָ֛הmi.tza.re.'AhH6881namedוּשְׁמ֣וֹu.she.MoH8034Manoahמָנ֑וֹחַma.No.achH4495,from the clanמִמִּשְׁפַּ֥חַתmi.mish.Pa.chatH4940of the Danitesהַדָּנִ֖יha.da.NiH1839,whose wifeוְאִשְׁתּ֥וֹve.'ish.ToH802wasbarrenעֲקָרָ֖ה'a.ka.RahH6135and had noוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808childrenיָלָֽדָה׃ya.La.dahH3205.

3The angelמַלְאַךְ־mal.'akh-H4397of the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedוַיֵּרָ֥אvai.ye.Ra'H7200toאֶל־'el-H413the womanהָאִשָּׁ֑הha.'i.ShahH802and saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to herאֵלֶ֗יהָ'e.Lei.haH413, “It is trueהִנֵּה־ נָ֤אhi.neh- na'H2009 H4994that youאַתְּ־'at-H859are barrenעֲקָרָה֙'a.ka.RahH6135and have noוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808childrenיָלַ֔דְתְּya.LadtH3205;but you will conceiveוְהָרִ֖יתve.ha.RitH2029and give birth toוְיָלַ֥דְתְּve.ya.LadtH3205a sonבֵּֽן׃BenH1121.

4Nowוְעַתָּה֙ve.'a.TahH6258pleaseנָ֔אNa'H4994be carefulהִשָּׁ֣מְרִיhi.Sha.me.riH8104notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408to drinkתִּשְׁתִּ֖יtish.TiH8354wineיַ֣יִןYa.yinH3196or strong drinkוְשֵׁכָ֑רve.she.KharH7941,and notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408to eatתֹּאכְלִ֖יtokh.LiH398anythingכָּל־kol-H3605uncleanטָמֵֽא׃ta.Me'H2931.

5Forכִּי֩kiH3588beholdהִנָּ֨ךְhi.NakhH2009,you will conceiveהָרָ֜הha.RahH2030and give birth toוְיֹלַ֣דְתְּve.yo.LadtH3205a sonבֵּ֗ןBenH1121.And noלֹא־lo'-H3808razorוּמוֹרָה֙u.mo.RahH4177shall touchיַעֲלֶ֣ה עַל־ya.'a.Leh 'al-H5927 H5921his headרֹאשׁ֔וֹro.ShoH7218,becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588the boyהַנַּ֖עַרha.Na.'arH5288will beיִהְיֶ֥הyih.YehH1961a Naziriteנְזִ֧ירne.ZirH5139to Godאֱלֹהִ֛ים'E.lo.HimH430fromמִן־min-H4480the wombהַבָּ֑טֶןha.Ba.tenH990,and heוְה֗וּאve.Hu'H1931will beginיָחֵ֛לya.ChelH2490the deliveranceלְהוֹשִׁ֥יעַle.ho.Shi.a'H3467אֶת־'et-H853of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478from the handמִיַּ֥דmi.YadH3027of the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃pe.lish.TimH6430.”
