9It is not onlyלֹֽא־lo'-H3808the oldרַבִּ֥יםra.BimH7227who are wiseיֶחְכָּ֑מוּyech.Ka.muH2449,or the elderlyוּ֝זְקֵנִ֗יםu.ze.ke.NimH2205who understandיָבִ֥ינוּya.Vi.nuH995justiceמִשְׁפָּֽט׃mish.PatH4941.
