10Then the prophetהַנָּבִיא֙ha.na.Vi'H5030אֶת־'et-H853Hananiahחֲנַנְיָ֤הcha.nan.YahH2608tookוַיִּקַּ֞חvai.yi.KachH3947the yokeהַמּוֹטָ֔הha.mo.TahH4133offמֵעַ֕לme.'AlH5921the neckצַוַּ֖ארtza.VarH6677of Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֣הyir.me.YahH3414the prophetהַנָּבִ֑יאha.na.Vi'H5030and broke itוַֽיִּשְׁבְּרֵֽהוּ׃Vai.yish.be.Re.huH7665.

11And in the presenceלְעֵינֵ֨יle.'ei.NeiH5869of allכָל־khol-H3605the peopleהָעָ֜םha.'AmH5971Hananiahחֲנַנְיָה֩cha.nan.YahH2608proclaimedוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “This is whatכֹּה֮kohH3541לֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559the LORDיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: ‘In this wayכָּ֣כָהKa.khahH3602,within two yearsשְׁנָתַ֣יִם יָמִ֔יםshe.na.Ta.yim ya.MimH8141 H3117I will breakאֶשְׁבֹּ֞ר'esh.BorH7665אֶת־'et-H853the yokeעֹ֣ל׀'olH5923of Nebuchadnezzarנְבֻֽכַדְנֶאצַּ֣רne.vu.khad.ne.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֗לba.VelH894בְּעוֹד֙be.'OdH5750offמֵעַ֕לme.'Al-H5921the neckצַוַּ֖ארtza.VarH6677of allכָּל־kol-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471.’”At this, Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֥הyir.me.YahH3414the prophetהַנָּבִ֖יאha.na.Vi'H5030wentוַיֵּ֛לֶךְvai.Ye.lekhH1980on his wayלְדַרְכּֽוֹ׃ פle.dar.KoH1870.

13“Goהָלוֹךְ֩ha.loKhH1980and tellוְאָמַרְתָּ֨ אֶל־ve.'a.mar.Ta 'el-H559 H413Hananiahחֲנַנְיָ֜הcha.nan.YahH2608that this is whatלֵאמֹ֗ר כֹּ֚הle.Mor kohH3541 H559the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: ‘You have brokenשָׁבָ֑רְתָּsha.Va.re.taH7665a yokeמוֹטֹ֥תmo.TotH4133of woodעֵ֖ץ'etzH6086,but in its placeתַחְתֵּיהֶ֖ןtach.tei.HenH8478you have fashionedוְעָשִׂ֥יתָve.'a.Si.taH6213a yokeמֹט֥וֹתmo.TotH4133of ironבַּרְזֶֽל׃bar.ZelH1270.’

15Then the prophetהַנָּבִ֛יאha.na.Vi'H5030Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֧הyir.me.YahH3414saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413the prophetהַנָּבִ֖יאha.na.Vi'H5030Hananiahחֲנַנְיָ֥הcha.nan.YahH2608, “Listenשְׁמַֽע־ נָ֣אshe.ma'- na'H8085 H4994,Hananiahחֲנַנְיָ֑הcha.nan.YahH2608!The LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068did notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808send youשְׁלָחֲךָ֣she.la.cha.KhaH7971,but youוְאַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH859have persuadedהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088this peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971to trustהִבְטַ֛חְתָּhiv.Tach.taH982אֶת־'et-H853inעַל־'al-H5921a lieשָֽׁקֶר׃Sha.kerH8267.

16Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651this is whatכֹּ֚הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔ה הִנְנִי֙Yah.weh hi.NiH3068 H2005saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: ‘I am about to remove youמְשַֽׁלֵּֽחֲךָ֔me.sha.le.cha.KhaH7971fromמֵעַ֖לme.'AlH5921the faceפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440of the earthהָאֲדָמָ֑הha.'a.da.MahH127.Youאַתָּ֣ה'a.TahH859will dieמֵ֔תMetH4191this yearהַשָּׁנָה֙ha.sha.NahH8141becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588you have preachedדִבַּ֖רְתָּdi.Bar.taH1696rebellionסָרָ֥הsa.RahH5627againstאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.’”
