25“I have heardשָׁמַ֗עְתִּיsha.Ma'.tiH8085אֵ֤ת'etH853the sayingsאָֽמְרוּ֙'a.me.RuH559אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834of the prophetsהַנְּבִאִ֔יםha.ne.vi.'ImH5030who prophesyהַֽנִּבְּאִ֥יםha.ni.be.'ImH5012liesשֶׁ֖קֶר לֵאמֹ֑רShe.ker le.MorH8267 H559in My nameבִּשְׁמִ֛יbish.MiH8034: ‘I had a dreamחָלַ֖מְתִּיcha.Lam.tiH2492!I had a dreamחָלָֽמְתִּי׃cha.La.me.tiH2492!’

26How longעַד־ מָתַ֗י'ad- ma.TaiH5704 H4970will this continueהֲיֵ֛שׁha.YeshH3426in the heartsבְּלֵ֥בbe.LevH3820of these prophetsהַנְּבִאִ֖יםha.ne.vi.'ImH5030who prophesyנִבְּאֵ֣יni.be.'EiH5012falsehoodהַשָּׁ֑קֶרha.Sha.kerH8267,these prophetsוּנְבִיאֵ֖יu.ne.vi.'EiH5030of the delusionתַּרְמִ֥תtar.MitH8649of their own mindsלִבָּֽם׃li.BamH3820?

27They supposeהַחֹשְׁבִ֗יםha.cho.she.VimH2803the dreamsבַּחֲל֣וֹמֹתָ֔םba.cha.Lo.mo.TamH2472thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834they tellיְסַפְּר֖וּye.sa.pe.RuH5608oneאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376anotherלְרֵעֵ֑הוּle.re.'E.huH7453will make My peopleעַמִּי֙'a.MiH5971forgetלְהַשְׁכִּ֤יחַle.hash.Ki.achH7911אֶת־'et-H853My nameשְׁמִ֔יshe.MiH8034,just asכַּאֲשֶׁ֨רka.'a.SherH834their fathersאֲבוֹתָ֛ם'a.vo.TamH1אֶת־'et-H853forgotשָׁכְח֧וּsha.khe.ChuH7911My nameשְׁמִ֖יshe.MiH8034through the worship of Baalבַּבָּֽעַל׃ba.Ba.'alH1168.

28Let the prophetהַנָּבִ֞יאha.na.Vi'H5030whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834hasאִתּ֤וֹ'i.ToH854a dreamחֲלוֹם֙cha.lOmH2472retellיְסַפֵּ֣רye.sa.PerH5608itחֲל֔וֹםcha.LomH2472,but let him whoוַאֲשֶׁ֤רva.'a.SherH834hasאִתּ֔וֹ'i.ToH854My wordדְּבָרִי֙de.va.RiH1697speakיְדַבֵּ֥רye.da.BerH1696itדְּבָרִ֖יde.va.RiH1697truthfullyאֱמֶ֑ת'e.MetH571.For whatמַה־mah-H4100is strawלַתֶּ֥בֶןla.Te.venH8401compared toאֶת־'et-H854grainהַבָּ֖רha.BarH1250?”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

29“Is notהֲל֨וֹא כֹ֧הha.Lo' khohH3808 H3541My wordדְבָרִ֛יde.va.RiH1697like fireכָּאֵ֖שׁka.'EshH784,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “and like a hammerוּכְפַטִּ֖ישׁu.khe.fa.TishH6360that smashesיְפֹ֥צֵֽץye.Fo.tzetzH6327a rockסָֽלַע׃ סSa.la'H5553?”

30“Thereforeלָכֵ֛ןla.KhenH3651beholdהִנְנִ֥יhi.NiH2005,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “I am againstעַל־'al-H5921the prophetsהַנְּבִאִ֖יםha.ne.vi.'ImH5030who stealמְגַנְּבֵ֣יme.ga.ne.VeiH1589from oneאִ֖ישׁ מֵאֵ֥ת'ish me.'EtH376 H854anotherרֵעֵֽהוּ׃re.'E.huH7453words they attribute to Meדְבָרַ֔יde.va.RaiH1697.”

31“Yesהִנְנִ֥יhi.NiH2005,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “I am againstעַל־'al-H5921the prophetsהַנְּבִיאִ֖םha.ne.vi.'ImH5030who wagהַלֹּקְחִ֣יםha.lo.ke.ChimH3947their own tonguesלְשׁוֹנָ֔םle.sho.NamH3956and proclaimוַֽיִּנְאֲמ֖וּvai.yin.'a.MuH5001, ‘The LORDdeclaresנְאֻֽם׃ne.'UmH5002it.’”

32“Indeedהִ֠נְנִיHi.niH2005,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “I am againstעַֽל־'al-H5921those who prophesyנִבְּאֵ֞יni.be.'EiH5012falseשֶׁ֙קֶר֙she.kerH8267dreamsחֲלֹמ֥וֹתcha.lo.MotH2472and retell themוַֽיְסַפְּרוּם֙vay.sa.pe.RumH5608to lead My peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971astrayוַיַּתְע֣וּvai.yat.'UH8582אֶת־'et-H853with their recklessוּבְפַחֲזוּתָ֑םu.ve.fa.cha.zu.TamH6350liesבְּשִׁקְרֵיהֶ֖םbe.shik.rei.HemH8267.It was notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808Iוְאָנֹכִ֨יve.'a.no.KhiH595who sent themשְׁלַחְתִּ֜יםshe.lach.TimH7971or commanded themצִוִּיתִ֗יםtzi.vi.TimH6680,and they are of noוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808benefitוְהוֹעֵ֛יל לֹֽא־ve.ho.'Eil lo'-H3276 H3808at allיוֹעִ֥ילוּyo.'I.luH3276to theseהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleלָֽעָם־la.'om-H5971,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
