10This is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֨ר'a.MarH559about thisהַזֶּ֗הha.ZehH2088peopleלָעָ֣םla.'AmH5971: “Trulyכֵּ֤ןkenH3651they loveאָֽהֲבוּ֙'a.ha.VuH157to wanderלָנ֔וּעַla.Nu.a'H5128;they have notלֹ֣אlo'H3808restrainedחָשָׂ֑כוּcha.Sa.khuH2820their feetרַגְלֵיהֶ֖םrag.lei.HemH7272.So the LORDוַיהוָה֙va.Yah.wehH3068does notלֹ֣אlo'H3808accept themרָצָ֔םra.TzamH7521;He will nowעַתָּה֙'a.TahH6258rememberיִזְכֹּ֣רyiz.KorH2142their iniquityעֲוֹנָ֔ם'a.vo.NamH5771and punish themוְיִפְקֹ֖דve.yif.KodH6485for their sinsחַטֹּאתָֽם׃ סcha.to.TamH2403.”
12Althoughכִּ֣יkiH3588they may fastיָצֻ֗מוּya.Tzu.muH6684,I will notאֵינֶ֤נִּי'ei.Ne.niH369listen toשֹׁמֵ֙עַ֙ אֶל־sho.Me.a' 'el-H8085H413their cryרִנָּתָ֔םri.na.TamH7440;althoughוְכִ֧יve.KhiH3588they may offerיַעֲל֛וּya.'a.LuH5927burnt offeringsעֹלָ֥ה'o.LahH5930and grain offeringsוּמִנְחָ֖הu.min.ChahH4503,I will notאֵינֶ֣נִּי'ei.Ne.niH369accept themרֹצָ֑םro.TzamH7521.Insteadכִּ֗יKiH3588,Iאָנֹכִ֖י'a.no.KhiH595will finish them offמְכַלֶּ֥הme.kha.LehH3615אוֹתָֽם׃ ס'o.TamH853by swordבַּחֶ֙רֶב֙ba.Che.revH2719and famineוּבָרָעָ֣בu.va.ra.'AvH7458and plagueוּבַדֶּ֔בֶרu.va.De.verH1698.”
