3You are to buildתָּכִ֣יןta.KhinH3559roadsהַדֶּרֶךְ֒ha.de.reKhH1870for yourselvesand divide into three regionsוְשִׁלַּשְׁתָּ֙ve.shi.lash.TaH8027אֶת־'et-H853גְּב֣וּלge.VulH1366the landאַרְצְךָ֔'ar.tze.KhaH776thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ וְהָיָ֕ה'e.lo.Hei.kha ve.ha.YahH430 H1961is giving you as an inheritanceיַנְחִֽילְךָ֖yan.chi.le.KhaH5157,so that anyכָּל־kol-H3605manslayerרֹצֵֽחַ׃ro.Tze.achH7523can fleeלָנ֥וּסla.NusH5127to these citiesשָׁ֖מָּהSha.mahH8033.

4Now thisוְזֶה֙ve.ZehH2088is the situationדְּבַ֣רde.VarH1697regarding the manslayerהָרֹצֵ֔חַha.ro.Tze.achH7523whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834fleesיָנ֥וּסya.NusH5127to one of these citiesשָׁ֖מָּהSha.mahH8033to save his lifeוָחָ֑יva.ChaiH2421אֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834,having killedיַכֶּ֤הya.KehH5221אֶת־'et-H853his neighborרֵעֵ֙הוּ֙re.'E.huH7453accidentallyבִּבְלִי־ דַ֔עַת וְה֛וּאbiv.li- Da.'at ve.Hu'H1097 H1847 H1931,withoutלֹא־lo'-H3808intending to harmשֹׂנֵ֥אso.Ne'H8130himמִתְּמֹ֥לmi.te.MolH8543שִׁלְשֹֽׁם׃shil.ShomH8032:
