23This is whatכֵּן֮kenH3652he saidאֲמַר֒'a.MarH560: ‘The fourthרְבִיעָ֣יְתָ֔אre.vi.'A.ye.Ta'H7244beast isחֵֽיוְתָא֙chei.ve.Ta'H2423a fourthרְבִיעָאָה֙re.vi.'a.ya'H7244kingdomמַלְכ֤וּmal.KhuH4437that will appearתֶּהֱוֵ֣אte.he.Ve'H1934on the earthבְאַרְעָ֔א דִּ֥יve.'ar.'A' diH772 H1768,differentתִשְׁנֵ֖אtish.Ne'H8133fromמִן־min-H4481allכָּל־kol-H3606the other kingdomsמַלְכְוָתָ֑אmal.khe.va.Ta'H4437,and it will devourוְתֵאכֻל֙ve.te.KhulH399the wholeכָּל־kol-H3606earthאַרְעָ֔א'ar.'A'H772,trample it downוּתְדוּשִׁנַּ֖הּu.te.du.shi.NahH1759,and crush itוְתַדְּקִנַּֽהּ׃ve.tad.de.ki.NahH1855.

24And the tenעֲשַׂ֔ר'a.SarH6236hornsוְקַרְנַיָּ֣אve.kar.nai.Ya'H7162aretenעַשְׂרָ֥ה'as.RahH6236kingsמַלְכִ֖יןmal.KhinH4430who will riseיְקֻמ֑וּןye.ku.MunH6966fromמִנַּהּ֙mi.NahH4481this kingdomמַלְכוּתָ֔הmal.khu.Tah'H4437.After themאַחֲרֵיה֗וֹן'a.cha.rei.HonH311anotherוְאָחֳרָ֞ןve.'o.cho.RanH321king,differentיִשְׁנֵא֙yish.Ne'H8133fromמִן־min-H4481the earlierקַדְמָיֵ֔אkad.ma.Ye'H6933ones,will riseיְק֣וּםye.KumH6966וְה֤וּאve.Hu'H1932and subdueיְהַשְׁפִּֽל׃ye.hash.PilH8214threeוּתְלָתָ֥הu.te.la.TahH8532kingsמַלְכִ֖יןmal.KhinH4430.

25He will speak outוּמִלִּ֗ין יְמַלִּ֔לu.mi.Lin ye.ma.LilH4449 H4406againstלְצַ֤דle.TzadH6655the Most Highעִלָּאָה֙i.la.ya'H5943and oppressיְבַלֵּ֑אye.va.Le'H1080the saintsוּלְקַדִּישֵׁ֥יu.le.ka.di.SheiH6922of the Most Highעֶלְיוֹנִ֖יןel.yo.NinH5946,intendingוְיִסְבַּ֗רve.yis.BarH5452to changeלְהַשְׁנָיָה֙le.hash.na.YahH8133the appointed timesזִמְנִ֣יןzim.NinH2166and lawsוְדָ֔תve.DatH1882;and the saints will be givenוְיִתְיַהֲב֣וּןve.yit.ya.ha.VunH3052into his handבִּידֵ֔הּbi.DehH3028forעַד־'ad-H5705a timeעִדָּ֥ן'i.DanH5732,and timesוְעִדָּנִ֖יןve.'i.da.NinH5732,and halfוּפְלַ֥גu.fe.LagH6387a timeעִדָּֽן׃'i.DanH5732.

26But the courtוְדִינָ֖אve.di.Na'H1780will conveneיִתִּ֑בyi.TivH3488,and his dominionוְשָׁלְטָנֵ֣הּve.shal.ta.NehH7985will be taken awayיְהַעְדּ֔וֹןye.ha'.DonH5709and completely destroyedלְהַשְׁמָדָ֥ה וּלְהוֹבָדָ֖הle.hash.ma.Dah u.le.hoa.DahH8046 H7foreverעַד־ סוֹפָֽא׃'ad- so.Fa'H5705 H5491.

27Then the sovereigntyוּמַלְכוּתָ֨הu.mal.khu.Tah'H4437,dominionוְשָׁלְטָנָ֜אve.shal.ta.Na'H7985,and greatnessוּרְבוּתָ֗אu.re.vu.Ta'H7238ofדִּ֚יdiH1768the kingdomsמַלְכְוָת֙mal.khe.VatH4437underתְּח֣וֹתte.ChotH8460allכָּל־kol-H3606of heavenשְׁמַיָּ֔אshe.mai.Ya'H8065will be givenיְהִיבַ֕תye.hi.VatH3052to the peopleלְעַ֖םle.'AmH5972,the saintsקַדִּישֵׁ֣יka.di.SheiH6922of the Most Highעֶלְיוֹנִ֑יןel.yo.NinH5946.His kingdomמַלְכוּתֵהּ֙mal.khu.TehH4437will be an everlastingעָלַ֔ם'a.LamH5957kingdomמַלְכ֣וּתmal.KhutH4437,and allוְכֹל֙ve.KholH3606rulersשָׁלְטָ֣נַיָּ֔אshal.Ta.nai.Ya'H7985will serveיִפְלְח֖וּןyif.le.ChunH6399and obeyוְיִֽשְׁתַּמְּעֽוּן׃ve.Yish.ta.me.'UnH8086Him.’
