20I also wanted to know aboutוְעַל־ve.'al-H5922the tenעֲשַׂר֙'a.SarH6236hornsקַרְנַיָּ֤אkar.nai.Ya'H7162on its headבְרֵאשַׁ֔הּve.re.ShahH7217and the otherדִּ֣י וְאָחֳרִי֙di ve.'o.cho.RiH317 H1768horn thatדִּ֣יdiH1768came upסִלְקַ֔תsil.KatH5559מִן־min-H4481,before whichקֳדָמַ֖הּko.da.mai.yahH6925three of themתְּלָ֑תte.LatH8532fellוּנְפַ֥לָהu.ne.fa.luH5308—the hornוְקַרְנָ֨אve.kar.Na'H7162whose appearanceוְחֶזְוַ֖הּve.chez.VahH2376wasmore imposing thanמִן־min-H4481the othersחַבְרָתַֽהּ׃chav.ra.TahH2273דִכֵּ֜ןdi.KenH1797,with eyesוְעַיְנִ֣יןve.'ay.NinH5870and witha mouthוְפֻם֙ve.FumH6433that spokeמְמַלִּ֣לme.ma.LilH4449words of arroganceרַבְרְבָ֔ןrav.re.VanH7260רַ֥בravH7229.

21As Iהֲוֵ֔יתha.VeitH1934watchedחָזֵ֣הcha.ZehH2370,thisדִכֵּ֔ןdi.KenH1797hornוְקַרְנָ֣אve.kar.Na'H7162was wagingעָבְדָ֥ה'a.ve.DahH5648warקְרָ֖בke.RavH7129againstעִם־'im-H5974the saintsקַדִּישִׁ֑יןka.di.ShinH6922and prevailingוְיָכְלָ֖הve.ya.khe.LahH3201against them,

22untilעַ֣ד דִּֽי־'ad di-H5705 H1768the Ancientעַתִּיק֙'a.TikH6268of Daysיֽוֹמַיָּ֔אyo.mai.Ya'H3118arrivedאֲתָ֗ה'a.TahH858and pronouncedיְהִ֔בye.HivH3052judgmentוְדִינָ֣אve.di.Na'H1780in favor of the saintsלְקַדִּישֵׁ֖יle.ka.di.SheiH6922of the Most Highעֶלְיוֹנִ֑יןel.yo.NinH5946,and the timeוְזִמְנָ֣אve.zim.Na'H2166cameמְטָ֔הme.TahH4291forקַדִּישִֽׁין׃ka.di.ShinH6922themto possessהֶחֱסִ֥נוּhe.che.Si.nuH2631the kingdomוּמַלְכוּתָ֖אu.mal.khu.Ta'H4437.

23This is whatכֵּן֮kenH3652he saidאֲמַר֒'a.MarH560: ‘The fourthרְבִיעָ֣יְתָ֔אre.vi.'A.ye.Ta'H7244beast isחֵֽיוְתָא֙chei.ve.Ta'H2423a fourthרְבִיעָאָה֙re.vi.'a.ya'H7244kingdomמַלְכ֤וּmal.KhuH4437that will appearתֶּהֱוֵ֣אte.he.Ve'H1934on the earthבְאַרְעָ֔א דִּ֥יve.'ar.'A' diH772 H1768,differentתִשְׁנֵ֖אtish.Ne'H8133fromמִן־min-H4481allכָּל־kol-H3606the other kingdomsמַלְכְוָתָ֑אmal.khe.va.Ta'H4437,and it will devourוְתֵאכֻל֙ve.te.KhulH399the wholeכָּל־kol-H3606earthאַרְעָ֔א'ar.'A'H772,trample it downוּתְדוּשִׁנַּ֖הּu.te.du.shi.NahH1759,and crush itוְתַדְּקִנַּֽהּ׃ve.tad.de.ki.NahH1855.

24And the tenעֲשַׂ֔ר'a.SarH6236hornsוְקַרְנַיָּ֣אve.kar.nai.Ya'H7162aretenעַשְׂרָ֥ה'as.RahH6236kingsמַלְכִ֖יןmal.KhinH4430who will riseיְקֻמ֑וּןye.ku.MunH6966fromמִנַּהּ֙mi.NahH4481this kingdomמַלְכוּתָ֔הmal.khu.Tah'H4437.After themאַחֲרֵיה֗וֹן'a.cha.rei.HonH311anotherוְאָחֳרָ֞ןve.'o.cho.RanH321king,differentיִשְׁנֵא֙yish.Ne'H8133fromמִן־min-H4481the earlierקַדְמָיֵ֔אkad.ma.Ye'H6933ones,will riseיְק֣וּםye.KumH6966וְה֤וּאve.Hu'H1932and subdueיְהַשְׁפִּֽל׃ye.hash.PilH8214threeוּתְלָתָ֥הu.te.la.TahH8532kingsמַלְכִ֖יןmal.KhinH4430.
