37Youאַ֣נְתְּ'an.tahH607,O kingמַלְכָּ֔אmal.Ka'H4430,are the kingמֶ֖לֶךְMe.lekhH4430of kingsמַלְכַיָּ֑אmal.khai.Ya'H4430,to whomדִּ֚יdiH1768the Godאֱלָ֣הּ'e.LahH426of heavenשְׁמַיָּ֔אshe.mai.Ya'H8065has givenיְהַב־ye.hav-H3052sovereigntyמַלְכוּתָ֥אmal.khu.Ta'H4437,powerחִסְנָ֛אchis.Na'H2632,strengthוְתָקְפָּ֥אve.ta.ke.Pa'H8632,and gloryוִֽיקָרָ֖אvi.ka.Ra'H3367.
38Whereverוּבְכָל־ דִּ֣יu.ve.Khol- diH3606H1768the sonsH1123of menאֲ֠נָשָׁא'A.na.sha'H606or beastsחֵיוַ֨תchei.VatH2423of the fieldבָּרָ֤אba.Ra'H1251or birdsוְעוֹף־ve.'of-H5776of the airשְׁמַיָּא֙she.mai.Ya'H8065dwellדָֽיְרִ֣יןda.'a.rinH1753,He has givenיְהַ֣בye.HavH3052theminto your handבִּידָ֔ךְbi.DakhH3028and has made you rulerוְהַשְׁלְטָ֖ךְve.hash.le.TakhH7981over them allבְּכָלְּה֑וֹןbe.kha.le.HonH3606.Youאַנְתְּ'an.tahH607arethatה֔וּאHu'H1932headרֵאשָׁ֖הre.Shah'H7217ofדִּ֥יdiH1768goldדַהֲבָֽא׃da.ha.Va'H1722.
39But after youוּבָתְרָ֗ךְu.va.te.RakhH870,there will ariseתְּק֛וּםte.KumH6966anotherאָחֳרִ֖י'o.cho.RiH317kingdomמַלְכ֥וּmal.KhuH4437,inferiorאֲרַ֣עא'a.Ra'H772to yoursמִנָּ֑ךְmi.NakhH4481.Next, aאָחֳרִי֙'o.cho.RiH317thirdתְלִיתָאָ֤הte.li.ta.yaH8523kingdomוּמַלְכ֨וּu.mal.KhuH4437,one ofדִּ֣יdiH1768bronzeנְחָשָׁ֔אne.cha.Sha'H5174דִּ֥יdiH1768,will ruleתִשְׁלַ֖טtish.LatH7981the wholeבְּכָל־be.kholH3606earthאַרְעָֽא׃'ar.'A'H772.
40Finally, there will beתֶּהֱוֵ֥אte.he.Ve'H1934a fourthרְבִ֣יעָאָ֔הre.vi.'a.yahH7244kingdomוּמַלְכוּ֙u.mal.KhuH4437as strongתַקִּיפָ֖הta.ki.FahH8624as ironכְּפַרְזְלָ֑אke.far.ze.La'H6523H3606;forקֳבֵ֗ל דִּ֤יko.Vel diH6903H1768ironפַרְזְלָא֙far.ze.La'H6523shattersמְהַדֵּ֤קme.ha.DekH1855and crushesוְחָשֵׁל֙ve.cha.ShelH2827all thingsH3606,and like ironוּֽכְפַרְזְלָ֛אu.khe.far.ze.La'H6523thatדִּֽי־di-H1768crushesמְרָעַ֥עme.ra.'A'H7490all thingsH3606,it will shatterתַּדִּ֥קta.DikH1855and crushוְתֵרֹֽעַ׃ve.te.Ro.a'H7490all the othersאִלֵּ֖ין'i.LeinH459.
41And just asוְדִֽי־ve.di-H1768you saw thatחֲזַ֜יְתָהcha.Zay.tahH2370the feetרַגְלַיָּ֣אrag.lai.Ya'H7271and toesוְאֶצְבְּעָתָ֗אve.'etz.be.'a.Ta'H677were madeמִנְּהֵ֞ן פֶחָר֙mi.ne.hen fe.CharH4481H6353partly ofדִּֽי־di-H1768fired clayחֲסַ֤ףcha.SafH2635and partly ofוּמִנְּהֵ֣יןu.mi.ne.honH4481ironפַּרְזֶ֔לpar.ZelH6523,so this will beתֶּהֱוֵ֔הte.he.VehH1934a dividedפְלִיגָה֙fe.li.GahH6386kingdomמַלְכ֤וּmal.KhuH4437,yetוּמִן־u.min-H4481some of the strengthנִצְבְּתָ֥אnitz.be.Ta'H5326ofדִ֥יdiH1768ironפַרְזְלָ֖אfar.ze.La'H6523will be in itלֶֽהֱוֵא־le.he.ve'-H1934H3606—just asקֳבֵל֙ דִּ֣יko.Vel diH6903H1768you sawחֲזַ֔יְתָהcha.Zay.tahH2370the ironפַּ֨רְזְלָ֔אpar.ze.La'H6523mixedמְעָרַ֖בme.'a.RavH6151with clayבַּחֲסַ֥ף טִינָֽא׃ba.cha.Saf ti.Na'H2635H2917.
42And as the toesוְאֶצְבְּעָת֙ve.'etz.be.'AtH677of the feetרַגְלַיָּ֔אrag.lai.Ya'H7271were partlyמִנְּהֵ֥יןmi.ne.honH4481ironפַּרְזֶ֖ל וּמִנְּהֵ֣יןpar.Zel u.mi.ne.honH6523H4481and partlyמִן־min-H4481clayחֲסַ֑ףcha.SafH2635,so this kingdomמַלְכוּתָא֙mal.khu.Ta'H4437will beתֶּהֱוֵ֣הte.he.VehH1934partlyקְצָ֤תke.TzatH7118strongתַקִּיפָ֔הta.ki.FahH8624and partlyוּמִנַּ֖הּu.mi.NahH4481תֶּהֱוֵ֥הte.he.VehH1934brittleתְבִירָֽה׃te.vi.RahH8406.
