7Now Saulוּלְשָׁא֣וּלu.le.sha.'UlH7586had a concubineפִּלֶ֔גֶשׁpi.Le.geshH6370namedוּשְׁמָ֖הּu.she.MahH8034Rizpahרִצְפָּ֣הritz.PahH7532,the daughterבַת־vat-H1323of Aiahאַיָּ֑ה'ai.YahH345.So Ish-bosheth questionedוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559אֶל־'el-H413Abnerאַבְנֵ֔ר'av.NerH74, “Whyמַדּ֥וּעַma.Du.a'H4069did you sleep withבָּ֖אתָה אֶל־Ba.tah 'el-H935H413my father’sאָבִֽי׃'a.ViH1concubineפִּילֶ֥גֶשׁpi.Le.geshH6370?”
8Abnerלְאַבְנֵ֨רle.'av.NerH74was furiousוַיִּחַר֩ מְאֹ֜דvai.yi.Char me.'OdH3966H2734overעַל־'al-H5921Ish-bosheth’sH378accusationדִּבְרֵ֣יdiv.ReiH1697. “Am Iאָנֹ֘כִי֮'a.No.khiH595the headהֲרֹ֨אשׁha.RoshH7218of a dogכֶּ֥לֶבKe.levH3611thatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834belongs to Judahלִֽיהוּדָה֒li.hu.DahH3063?”he askedוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559. “All this timeהַיּ֨וֹםhai.YomH3117I have been loyalאֶֽעֱשֶׂה־ חֶ֜סֶד'e.'e.seh- Che.sedH6213H2617toעִם־'im-H5973the houseבֵּ֣ית׀beitH1004of your fatherאָבִ֗יךָ'a.Vi.khaH1Saulשָׁא֣וּלsha.'UlH7586,toאֶל־'el-H413his brothersאֶחָיו֙'e.ChavH251,and toוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413his friendsמֵ֣רֵעֵ֔הוּme.re.'E.huH4828.I have notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808delivered youהִמְצִיתִ֖ךָhim.tzi.Ti.khaH4672into the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of Davidדָּוִ֑דda.VidH1732,but nowהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117you accuseוַתִּפְקֹ֥דva.tif.KodH6485meעָלַ֛י'a.LaiH5921of wrongdoingעֲוֹ֥ן'a.VonH5771with this womanהָאִשָּׁ֖הha.'i.ShahH802!

12Then Abnerאַבְנֵ֨ר'av.NerH74sentוַיִּשְׁלַח֩vai.yish.LachH7971messengersמַלְאָכִ֧ים׀mal.'a.KhimH4397on his behalfתַּחְתָּ֥יוta.cha.tovH8478to sayלֵאמֹ֖רle.MorH559toאֶל־'el-H413Davidדָּוִ֛דda.VidH1732, “To whomלְמִי־le.mi-H4310doesthe landאָ֑רֶץ לֵאמֹ֗ר'A.retz le.MorH776H559belong?Makeכָּרְתָ֤הka.re.TahH3772your covenantבְרִֽיתְךָ֙ve.ri.te.KhaH1285with meאִתִּ֔י'i.TiH854,and surelyוְהִנֵּה֙ve.hi.NehH2009my handיָדִ֣יya.DiH3027will bewith youעִמָּ֔ךְ'i.MakhH5973to bringלְהָסֵ֥בle.ha.SevH5437allכָּל־kol-H3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478over to youאֵלֶ֖יךָ'e.Lei.khaH413אֶת־'et-H853.”
