21Then he stretched himself outוַיִּתְמֹדֵ֤דvai.yit.mo.DedH4058overעַל־'al-H5921the childהַיֶּ֙לֶד֙hai.Ye.ledH3206threeשָׁלֹ֣שׁsha.LoshH7969timesפְּעָמִ֔יםpe.'a.MimH6471and cried outוַיִּקְרָ֥אvai.yik.Ra'H7121toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068וַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, “O LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068my Godאֱלֹהָ֔י'e.lo.HaiH430,pleaseנָ֛אna'H4994let thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088boy’sהַיֶּ֥לֶדhai.Ye.ledH3206lifeנֶֽפֶשׁ־ne.fesh-H5315returnתָּ֥שָׁבta.shoH7725toעַל־'al-H5921himקִרְבּֽוֹ׃kir.BoH7130!”

22And the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068listenedוַיִּשְׁמַ֥עvai.yish.Ma'H8085to the voiceבְּק֣וֹלbe.KolH6963of Elijahאֵלִיָּ֑הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452,and the child’sהַיֶּ֛לֶדhai.Ye.ledH3206lifeנֶֽפֶשׁ־ne.fesh-H5315returnedוַתָּ֧שָׁבva.Ta.shovH7725toעַל־'al-H5921himקִרְבּ֖וֹkir.BoH7130,and he livedוַיֶּֽחִי׃vai.Ye.chiH2421.

23Then Elijahאֵלִיָּ֜הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452אֶת־'et-H853tookוַיִּקַּ֨חvai.yi.KachH3947the childהַיֶּ֗לֶדhai.Ye.ledH3206,brought him downוַיֹּרִדֵ֤הוּvai.yo.ri.De.huH3381fromמִן־min-H4480the upper roomהָעֲלִיָּה֙ha.'a.li.YahH5944into the houseהַבַּ֔יְתָהha.Bay.tahH1004,and gave himוַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖הוּvai.yi.te.Ne.huH5414to his motherלְאִמּ֑וֹle.'i.MoH517. “Lookרְאִ֖יre.'IH7200,your sonבְּנֵֽךְ׃be.NekhH1121is aliveחַ֥יchaiH2416,”Elijahאֵ֣לִיָּ֔הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452declaredוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559.
