1 Timothy 2:9-15
9In like manner, that womenG1135 adornG2885 themselves in modest apparel, with shamefastness and sobriety; not with braided hair, and goldG5553 or pearlsG3135 or costly raiment; 10but (which becometh womenG1135 professing godliness) through goodG18 worksG2041. 11Let a womanG1135 learnG3129 in quietness with all subjection. 12But I permitG2010 not a womanG1135 to teachG1321, nor to have dominion over a manG435, but to beG1510 in quietness. 13For AdamG76 was firstG4413 formed, thenG1534 EveG2096; 14and AdamG76 was not beguiled, but the womanG1135 being beguiled hath fallen into transgressionG3847: 15but she shall be savedG4982 through her child-bearing, if they continue in faithG4102 and loveG26 and sanctificationG38 with sobriety.
