Revised Version 1895
Jeremiah 18:7-12
7At whatH5921 instantH7281 I shall speakH1696 concerning a nationH1471, and concerning a kingdomH4467, to pluckH5428 upH5921 and to breakH5422 downH5422 and to destroyH6 it;
8ifH834 that nationH1471, concerning whichH834 I have spokenH1696, turnH7725 from their evilH7451, I will repentH7725 of the evilH7451 that I thoughtH2803 to doH6213 unto them.
9And at whatH5921 instantH7281 I shall speakH1696 concerning a nationH1471, and concerning a kingdomH4467, to buildH1129 and to plantH5193 it;
10ifH834 it doH6213 evilH7451 in my sightH5869, that it obeyH8085 notH1115 my voiceH6963, then I will repentH5162 of the goodH2896, wherewith I saidH559 I would benefitH2896 them.
11NowH6258 therefore goH7725 to, speakH559 to the menH376 of JudahH3063, and to the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389, sayingH559, ThusH3541 saith the LORDH3068: BeholdH2009, I frame evilH7451 againstH5921 youH5921, and deviseH2803 a device againstH5921 youH5921: returnH7725 ye nowH6258 everyH376 one from his evilH7451 wayH1870, and amendH3190 your waysH1870 and your doingsH4611.
12But they sayH559, There is no hope: for weH3588 will walk afterH310 our ownH376 devices, and weH3588 will doH6213 everyH376 one afterH310 the stubbornnessH8307 of his evilH7451 heartH3820.
