Jeremiah 11:18-23
18And the LORDH3068 gave meH7200 knowledgeH3045 of it, and I knewH3045 it: then thou shewedst meH7200 their doingsH4611. 19But I was like a gentle lambH3532 that is ledH2986 to the slaughterH2873; and I knewH3045 notH3808 that they had devisedH2803 devices againstH5921 meH5921, saying, LetH3808 usH5921 destroyH7843 the treeH6086 with the fruitH6086 thereof, and letH3808 usH5921 cutH3772 him offH3772 from the landH776 of the livingH2416, that his nameH8034 may be noH3808 moreH5750 rememberedH2142. 20But, O LORDH3068 of hostsH6635, that judgest righteouslyH6664, that triest the reins and the heartH3820, letH1540 meH413 seeH7200 thy vengeanceH5360 on them: for unto thee have I revealedH1540 my causeH7379. 21Therefore thusH3541 saith the LORDH3068 concerning the menH376 of AnathothH6068, that seekH1245 thy lifeH5315, sayingH559, Thou shalt notH3808 prophesyH5012 in the nameH8034 of the LORDH3068, that thou dieH4191 notH3808 by our handH3027: 22therefore thusH3541 saith the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635, BeholdH2005, I will punishH6485 them: the youngH1121 menH970 shall dieH4191 by the swordH2719; their sonsH1121 and their daughtersH1323 shall dieH4191 by famineH7458; 23and there shall be noH3808 remnantH7611 unto them: for I will bringH935 evilH7451 uponH935 the menH376 of AnathothH6068, evenH3588 the yearH8141 of their visitation.
