31Because he hath despisedבָּזָ֔הba.ZahH959the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,and hath brokenהֵפַ֑רhe.FarH6565his commandmentמִצְוָת֖וֹmitz.va.ToH4687,that soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall utterlyהִכָּרֵ֧ת׀hi.ka.RetH3772be cut offתִּכָּרֵ֛תti.ka.RetH3772;his iniquityעֲוֹנָ֥ה'a.vo.NahH5771shall be upon him.
