30But the soulוְהַנֶּ֜פֶשׁve.ha.Ne.feshH5315that doethתַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה׀ta.'a.SehH6213oughtpresumptuouslyבְּיָ֣ד רָמָ֗הbe.Yad ra.MahH3027H7311, whether he beborn in the landהָֽאֶזְרָח֙ha.'ez.RachH249,or a strangerהַגֵּ֔רha.GerH1616H4480,the same reproachethמְגַדֵּ֑ףme.ga.DefH1442the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068;and that soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from amongמִקֶּ֥רֶבmi.Ke.revH7130his peopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.
31Because he hath despisedבָּזָ֔הba.ZahH959the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,and hath brokenהֵפַ֑רhe.FarH6565his commandmentמִצְוָת֖וֹmitz.va.ToH4687,that soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall utterlyהִכָּרֵ֧ת׀hi.ka.RetH3772be cut offתִּכָּרֵ֛תti.ka.RetH3772;his iniquityעֲוֹנָ֥ה'a.vo.NahH5771shall be upon him.
