12And the harpכִנּ֜וֹרkhi.NorH3658,and the violוָנֶ֗בֶלva.Ne.velH5035,the tabretתֹּ֧ףtofH8596,and pipeוְחָלִ֛ילve.cha.LilH2485,and wineוָיַ֖יִןva.Ya.yinH3196,are in their feastsמִשְׁתֵּיהֶ֑םmish.tei.HemH4960:but they regardיַבִּ֔יטוּya.Bi.tuH5027not the workפֹּ֤עַלPo.'alH6467of Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,neither considerרָאֽוּ׃ra.'UH7200the operationוּמַעֲשֵׂ֥הu.ma.'a.SehH4639of his handsיָדָ֖יוya.DavH3027.
13Therefore my peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971are gone into captivityגָּלָ֥הga.LahH1540, because they haveno knowledgeדָ֑עַתDa.'atH1847:and their honourableוּכְבוֹדוֹ֙u.khe.vo.DoH3519menמְתֵ֣יme.TeiH4962arefamishedרָעָ֔בra.'AvH7458,and their multitudeוַהֲמוֹנ֖וֹva.ha.mo.NoH1995dried upצִחֵ֥הtzi.ChehH6704with thirstצָמָֽא׃tza.Ma'H6772.
