20(That also was accountedתֵּחָשֵׁ֖בte.cha.ShevH2803a landאֶֽרֶץ־'e.retz-H776of giantsרְפָאִ֥יםre.fa.'ImH7497:giantsרְפָאִ֤יםre.fa.'ImH7497dweltיָֽשְׁבוּ־ya.she.vu-H3427therein in old timeלְפָנִ֔יםle.fa.NimH6440;and the Ammonitesוְהָֽעַמֹּנִ֔יםve.ha.'a.mo.NimH5984callיִקְרְא֥וּyik.re.'UH7121them Zamzummimsזַמְזֻמִּֽים׃zam.zu.MimH2157;

21A peopleעַ֣ם'amH5971greatגָּד֥וֹלga.DolH1419,and manyוְרַ֛בve.RavH7227,and tallוָרָ֖םva.RamH7311,as the Anakimsכָּעֲנָקִ֑יםka.'a.na.KimH6062;But Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068destroyedוַיַּשְׁמִידֵ֤םvai.yash.mi.DemH8045them beforeמִפְּנֵיהֶ֔םmi.pe.nei.HemH6440them; and they succeededוַיִּירָשֻׁ֖םvai.yi.ra.ShumH3423them, and dweltוַיֵּשְׁב֥וּvai.ye.she.VuH3427in their stead:

22As he didעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213to the childrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Esauעֵשָׂ֔ו'e.SavH6215,which dweltהַיֹּשְׁבִ֖יםhai.yo.she.VimH3427in Seirבְּשֵׂעִ֑ירbe.se.'IrH8165,when he destroyedהִשְׁמִ֤ידhish.MidH8045the Horimsהַחֹרִי֙ha.cho.RiH2752from beforeמִפְּנֵיהֶ֔םmi.pe.nei.HemH6440them; and they succeededוַיִּֽירָשֻׁם֙vai.yi.ra.ShumH3423them, and dweltוַיֵּשְׁב֣וּvai.ye.she.VuH3427in their stead even unto this dayהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117:
