10Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430hath multipliedהִרְבָּ֣הhir.BahH7235you, and, behold, ye arethis dayהַיּ֔וֹםhai.YomH3117as the starsכְּכוֹכְבֵ֥יke.chokh.VeiH3556of heavenהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064for multitudeלָרֹֽב׃la.RoH7230.

13Takeהָב֣וּha.VuH3051you wiseחֲכָמִ֧יםcha.kha.MimH2450menאֲנָשִׁ֨ים'a.na.ShimH582,and understandingוּנְבֹנִ֛יםu.ne.vo.NimH995,and knownוִידֻעִ֖יםvi.du.'ImH3045among your tribesלְשִׁבְטֵיכֶ֑םle.shiv.tei.KhemH7626,and I will makeוַאֲשִׂימֵ֖םva.'a.si.MemH7760them rulersבְּרָאשֵׁיכֶֽם׃be.ra.shei.KhemH7218over you.
