2And when thou comestוּבָ֖אתָu.Va.taH935thither, look outוּרְאֵֽה־u.re.'e.ho.Sha-H7200there Jehuיֵה֨וּאye.Hu'H3058the sonבֶן־ven-H1121of Jehoshaphatיְהוֹשָׁפָ֜טye.ho.sha.FatH3092the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Nimshiנִמְשִׁ֗יnim.ShiH5250,and go inוּבָ֙אתָ֙u.Va.taH935,and make him arise upוַהֲקֵֽמֹתוֹ֙va.ha.ke.mo.ToH6965from amongמִתּ֣וֹךmi.TokhH8432his brethrenאֶחָ֔יו'e.ChavH251,and carryוְהֵבֵיאתָ֥ve.he.vei.TaH935him to an innerחֶ֥דֶרChe.derH2315chamberבְּחָֽדֶר׃be.Cha.derH2315;

3Then takeוְלָקַחְתָּ֤ve.la.kach.TaH3947the boxפַךְ־fakh-H6378of oilהַשֶּׁ֙מֶן֙ha.She.menH8081,and pourוְיָצַקְתָּ֣ve.ya.tzak.TaH3332iton his headרֹאשׁ֔וֹro.ShoH7218,and sayוְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ve.'a.mar.TaH559,Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559 Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,I have anointedמְשַׁחְתִּ֥יךָֽme.shach.Ti.khaH4886thee kingלְמֶ֖לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428over Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478.Then openוּפָתַחְתָּ֥u.fa.tach.TaH6605the doorהַדֶּ֛לֶתha.De.letH1817,and fleeוְנַ֖סְתָּהve.Nas.tahH5127,and tarryתְחַכֶּֽה׃te.cha.KehH2442not.

4So the young manהַנַּ֛עַרha.Na.'arH5288, eventhe young manהַנַּ֥עַרha.Na.'arH5288the prophetהַנָּבִ֖יאha.na.Vi'H5030,wentH3212to Ramoth–gileadגִּלְעָֽד׃gil.'AdH1568 H7433.

5And when he cameוַיָּבֹ֗אvai.ya.Vo'H935,behold, the captainsשָׂרֵ֤יsa.ReiH8269of the hostהַחַ֙יִל֙ha.Cha.yilH2428weresittingיֹֽשְׁבִ֔יםyo.she.VimH3427;and he saidוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,I have an errandדָּבָ֥רda.VarH1697to thee, O captainהַשָּׂ֑רha.SarH8269.And Jehuיֵהוּא֙ye.Hu'H3058saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Unto which of all us? 6And he aroseוַיָּ֙קָם֙vai.Ya.komH6965,and wentוַיָּבֹ֣אvai.ya.Vo'H935into the houseהַבַּ֔יְתָהha.Bay.tahH1004;and he pouredוַיִּצֹ֥קvai.yi.TzokH3332the oilהַשֶּׁ֖מֶןha.She.menH8081on his headרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218,and saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, Thus saithאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559 Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,I have anointedמְשַׁחְתִּ֧יךָֽme.shach.Ti.khaH4886thee kingלְמֶ֛לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428over the peopleעַ֥ם'amH5971of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, evenover Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

7And thou shalt smiteוְהִ֨כִּיתָ֔הve.Hi.ki.TahH5221the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Ahabאַחְאָ֖ב'ach.'AvH256thy masterאֲדֹנֶ֑יךָ'a.do.Nei.khaH113,that I may avengeוְנִקַּמְתִּ֞יve.ni.kam.TiH5358the bloodדְּמֵ֣י׀de.MeiH1818of my servantsעֲבָדַ֣י'a.va.DaiH5650the prophetsהַנְּבִיאִ֗יםha.ne.vi.'ImH5030,and the bloodוּדְמֵ֛יu.de.MeiH1818of all the servantsעַבְדֵ֥י'av.DeiH5650of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,at the handמִיַּ֥דmi.YadH3027of Jezebelאִיזָֽבֶל׃'i.Za.velH348.

8For the whole houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Ahabאַחְאָ֑ב'ach.'AvH256shall perishוְאָבַ֖דve.'a.VadH6:and I will cut offוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772from Ahabלְאַחְאָב֙le.'ach.'AvH256him that pissethמַשְׁתִּ֣יןmash.TinH8366against the wallבְּקִ֔ירbe.KirH7023,and him that is shut upוְעָצ֥וּרve.'a.TzurH6113and leftוְעָז֖וּבve.'a.ZuvH5800in Israelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃be.Yis.ra.'ElH3478:

9And I will makeוְנָֽתַתִּי֙ve.na.ta.TiH5414the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Ahabאַחְאָ֔ב'ach.'AvH256like the houseכְּבֵ֖יתke.VeitH1004of Jeroboamיָרָבְעָ֣םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Nebatנְבָ֑טne.VatH5028,and like the houseוּכְבֵ֖יתu.khe.VeitH1004of Baashaבַּעְשָׁ֥אba'.Sha'H1201the sonבֶן־ven-H1121of Ahijahאֲחִיָּֽה׃'a.chi.YahH281:

10And the dogsהַכְּלָבִ֛יםha.ke.la.VimH3611shall eatיֹאכְל֧וּyo.khe.LuH398Jezebelאִיזֶ֜בֶל'i.Ze.velH348in the portionבְּחֵ֥לֶקbe.Che.lekH2506of Jezreelיִזְרְעֶ֖אלyiz.re.'ElH3157, and there shall benone to buryקֹבֵ֑רko.VerH6912her.And he openedוַיִּפְתַּ֥חvai.yif.TachH6605the doorהַדֶּ֖לֶתha.De.letH1817,and fledוַיָּנֹֽס׃vai.ya.NosH5127.

11Then Jehuוְיֵה֗וּאve.ye.Hu'H3058came forthיָצָא֙ya.Tza'H3318to the servantsעַבְדֵ֣י'av.DeiH5650of his lordאֲדֹנָ֔יו'a.do.NavH113: and onesaidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, Isall wellהֲשָׁל֔וֹםha.sha.LomH7965?wherefore cameבָּֽא־ba'-H935this madהַמְשֻׁגָּ֥עham.shu.Ga'H7696fellowto thee? And he saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, Ye knowיְדַעְתֶּ֥םye.da'.TemH3045the manהָאִ֖ישׁha.'IshH376,and his communicationשִׂיחֽוֹ׃si.ChoH7879.

12And they saidוַיֹּאמְר֣וּvai.yo.me.RuH559, It isfalseשֶׁ֔קֶרShe.kerH8267;tellהַגֶּד־ha.ged-H5046us now. And he saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Thus and thus spakeאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559he to me, sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559,Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559 Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,I have anointedמְשַׁחְתִּ֥יךָֽme.shach.Ti.khaH4886thee kingלְמֶ֖לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428over Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

13Then they hastedוַֽיְמַהֲר֗וּvay.ma.ha.RuH4116,and tookוַיִּקְחוּ֙vai.yik.ChuH3947every manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376his garmentבִּגְד֔וֹbig.DoH899,and putוַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּvai.ya.Si.muH7760itunder him on the topגֶּ֣רֶםGe.remH1634of the stairsהַֽמַּעֲל֑וֹתha.ma.'a.LotH4609,and blewוַֽיִּתְקְעוּ֙vai.yit.ke.'UH8628with trumpetsבַּשּׁוֹפָ֔רba.sho.FarH7782,sayingוַיֹּאמְר֖וּvai.yo.me.RuH559,Jehuיֵהֽוּא׃ye.Hu'H3058is kingמָלַ֥ךְma.LakhH4427.
