Numbers 19:10-22

10And the one who gathersH622 the ashesH665 of the heiferH6510 1shall washH3526 his clothesH899 and will beH2930 uncleanH2930 untilH5704 eveningH6153; and it shall be a permanentH5769 statuteH2708 for the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 and for the strangerH1616 who residesH1481 amongH8432 them.

11‘2The one who touchesH5060 the deadH4191 bodyH4191 of anyH3605 3personH5315H120 will also beH2930 uncleanH2930 for sevenH7651 daysH3117. 12That oneH1931 shall 4purifyH2398 himself with 5the water on the thirdH7992 dayH3117 and on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and then he will beH2891 cleanH2891; but ifH518 he does not purifyH2398 himself on the thirdH7992 dayH3117 and on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, he will not beH2891 cleanH2891. 136AnyoneH3605 who touchesH5060 a deadH4191 bodyH4191, the 7bodyH5315 of a personH120 whoH834 has diedH4191, and does not purifyH2398 himself, 8defilesH2930 the 9tabernacleH4908 of the LordH3068; and that personH5315 shall be cutH3772 offH3772 from IsraelH3478. SinceH3588 the waterH4325 for impurityH5079 was not 10sprinkledH2236 on him, he will be uncleanH2931; his uncleannessH2932 is stillH5750 on him.

14‘ThisH2088 is the lawH8451 whenH3588 a personH120 diesH4191 in a tentH168: everyoneH3605 who comesH935 into the tentH168 and everyoneH3605 whoH834 is in the tentH168 will beH2930 uncleanH2930 for sevenH7651 daysH3117. 15And everyH3605 openH6605 containerH3627, whichH834 hasH369 noH369 coverH6781 tiedH6616 downH5921 onH5921 it, will be uncleanH2931. 1611Also, anyoneH3605 whoH834 in the openH6440 fieldH7704 touchesH5060 oneH2491 who has been killedH2491 with a swordH2719 orH176 one who has diedH4191 naturally, orH176 touches a humanH120 boneH6106 orH176 a graveH6913, will beH2930 uncleanH2930 for sevenH7651 daysH3117. 17Then for the uncleanH2931 person they shall takeH3947 someH4480 of the 12ashesH6083 of the 13burntH8316 1415purificationH2403 fromH2403 sinH2403 and 16runningH2416 waterH4325 shall be 17addedH5414 to them in a containerH3627. 18And a cleanH2889 personH376 shall takeH3947 hyssopH231 and dipH2881 it in the waterH4325, and sprinkleH5137 it on the tentH168, on allH3605 the furnishingsH3627, on the personsH5315 whoH834 were thereH8033, and on the one who touchedH5060 the boneH6106 orH176 the oneH2491 who was killedH2491 orH176 the one who diedH4191 naturally, orH176 the graveH6913. 19Then the cleanH2889 person 18shall sprinkleH5137 on the uncleanH2931 on the thirdH7992 dayH3117 and on the seventhH7637 dayH3117; and on the seventhH7637 dayH3117 he shall purifyH2398 him, and he shall washH3526 his clothesH899 and batheH7364 himself in waterH4325 and will beH2891 cleanH2891 by eveningH6153.

20‘But the personH376 whoH834 isH2930 uncleanH2930 and does not purifyH2398 himself, that personH5315 shall be cutH3772 offH3772 from the midstH8432 of the assemblyH6951, becauseH3588 he has 19defiledH2930 the sanctuaryH4720 of the LordH3068; the waterH4325 for impurityH5079 has not been sprinkledH2236 on him, so he is uncleanH2931. 21So it shall be a permanentH5769 statuteH2708 for them. And the one 20who sprinklesH5137 the waterH4325 for impurityH5079 shall washH3526 his clothesH899, and the one who touchesH5060 the waterH4325 for impurityH5079 will beH2930 uncleanH2930 untilH5704 eveningH6153. 2221Furthermore, anythingH3605 that the uncleanH2931 person touchesH5060 will beH2930 uncleanH2930; and the personH5315 who touchesH5060 it will beH2930 uncleanH2930 untilH5704 eveningH6153.’”
