2“SpeakH1696 to the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 and sayH559 to them, ‘1WhenH3588 someoneH376 makesH6381 anH6381 explicitH6381 vowH5088, he shall be valued according to your assessmentH6187 of personsH5315 belonging to the LordH3068. 3If your assessmentH6187 is of a maleH2145 from twentyH6242 yearsH8141 even to sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 oldH1121, then your assessmentH6187 shall be fiftyH2572 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701, by 2the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944. 4Or ifH518 3the person is a femaleH5347, then your assessmentH6187 shall be thirtyH7970 shekelsH8255. 5And ifH518 the person is from fiveH2568 yearsH8141 even to twentyH6242 yearsH8141 oldH1121, then your assessmentH6187 for a maleH2145 shall be twentyH6242 shekelsH8255, and for a femaleH5347, tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 6But ifH518 the person is from a monthH2320 even up to fiveH2568 yearsH8141 oldH1121, then your assessmentH6187 shall be 4fiveH2568 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701 for a maleH2145, and for a femaleH5347 your assessmentH6187 shall be threeH7969 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701. 7IfH518 the person is from sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 oldH1121 and upwardH4605, ifH518 a maleH2145, then your assessmentH6187 shall be fifteenH2568H6240 shekelsH8255, and for a femaleH5347, tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 8But ifH518 he isH4134 poorerH4134 thanH4480 your assessmentH6187, then he shall be presentedH5975 beforeH6440 the priestH3548, and the priestH3548 shall assessH6186 him; 5accordingH5921H6310 to 6the meansH3027H5381 of the one who vowedH5087, the priestH3548 shall assessH6186 him.
9‘Now ifH518 it is an animalH929 of the kind that 7one can presentH7126 as an offeringH7133 to the LordH3068, anyH3605 suchH834 animal that one givesH5414 to the LordH3068 shall be holyH6944. 108He shall not replaceH2498 it nor exchangeH4171 it, a goodH2896 for a badH7451, orH176 a badH7451 for a goodH2896; yet ifH518 he doesH4171 exchangeH4171 animalH929 for animalH929, then both it and its substituteH8545 shall becomeH1961 holyH6944. 11IfH518, however, it is anyH3605 uncleanH2931 animalH929 of the kind whichH834 9one does not presentH7126 as an offeringH7133 to the LordH3068, then he shall placeH5975 the animalH929 beforeH6440 the priestH3548. 12And the priestH3548 shall assessH6186 it 10as eitherH996 goodH2896 orH996 badH7451; as you, the priestH3548, assessH6187 it, soH3651 shall it be. 13But ifH518 he should everH1350 want to redeemH1350 it, then he shall addH3254 a fifthH2549 of it to your assessmentH6187.
