Leviticus 13:3-46
3The priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at the infectedH5061 areaH5061 on the skinH5785 of the 1bodyH1320, and if the hairH8181 in the infectionH5061 has turnedH2015 whiteH3836 and the infectionH5061 appearsH4758 to be deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785 of his 2bodyH1320, it is an infectionH5061 of leprosyH6883; when the priestH3548 has lookedH7200 at him, he shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930. 4But ifH518 the brightH934 spotH934 is whiteH3836 on the skinH5785 of his 3bodyH1320, and 4it does not appearH4758 to be deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785, and the hairH8181 on it has not turnedH2015 whiteH3836, then the priestH3548 shall 5isolateH5462 the person who has the infectionH5061 for sevenH7651 daysH3117. 5Then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at him on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and ifH2009 in his eyesH5869 the infectionH5061 has 6notH5973 changedH5975 and the infectionH5061 has not spreadH6581 on the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall 7isolateH5462 him for sevenH7651 moreH8145 daysH3117. 6The priestH3548 shall then lookH7200 at him againH8145 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and ifH2009 the infectedH5061 areaH5061 has fadedH3544 and the infectionH5061 has not spreadH6581 on the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 him cleanH2891; it is only a rashH4556. And he shall 8washH3526 his clothesH899 and beH2891 cleanH2891.
7“But ifH518 the rashH4556 spreadsH6581 fartherH6581 on the skinH5785 afterH310 he has shownH7200 himself to the priestH3548 for his cleansingH2893, he shall appearH7200 againH8145 to the priestH3548. 8And the priestH3548 shall lookH7200, and ifH2009 the rashH4556 has spreadH6581 on the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is leprosyH6883.
9“WhenH3588 the infectionH5061 of leprosyH6883 is on someoneH120, then he shall be broughtH935 to the priestH3548. 10The priestH3548 shall then lookH7200, and ifH2009 there is a 9whiteH3836 swellingH7613 on the skinH5785, and it has turnedH2015 the hairH8181 whiteH3836, and there is newH4241 rawH2416 fleshH1320 in the swellingH7613, 11it is 10a chronicH3462 leprosyH6883 on the skinH5785 of his 11bodyH1320, and the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; he shall not 12isolateH5462 him, for he is uncleanH2931. 12IfH518 the leprosyH6883 breaksH6524 outH6524 fartherH6524 on the skinH5785, and the leprosyH6883 coversH3680 allH3605 the skinH5785 of the person who has the infectionH5061 from his headH7218 even to his feetH7272, 13as farH3605 as the priestH3548 can seeH4758H5869, 13then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200, and beholdH2009, if the leprosyH6883 has coveredH3680 his entireH3605 14bodyH1320, he shall pronounceH2891 the one who has the infectionH5061 cleanH2891; it has allH3605 turnedH2015 whiteH3836 and he is cleanH2889. 14But wheneverH3117 rawH2416 fleshH1320 appearsH7200 on him, he shall beH2930 uncleanH2930. 15The priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at the rawH2416 fleshH1320, and he shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; the rawH2416 fleshH1320 is uncleanH2931, it is leprosyH6883. 16OrH176 ifH3588 the rawH2416 fleshH1320 turnsH7725 backH7725 and is changedH2015 to whiteH3836, then he shall 15comeH935 to the priestH3548, 17and the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at him, and beholdH2009, if the infectedH5061 areaH5061 has turnedH2015 whiteH3836, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 the one who has the infectionH5061 cleanH2891; he is cleanH2889.
18“Now whenH3588 the 16bodyH1320 hasH1961 a boilH7822 on its skinH5785 and it is healedH7495, 19and in the placeH4725 of the boilH7822 there is a whiteH3836 swellingH7613 orH176 a reddish-whiteH125, brightH934 spotH934, then it shall be shownH7200 to the priestH3548; 20and the priestH3548 shall lookH7200, and beholdH2009, if 17it appearsH4758 to be deeperH8217 thanH4480 the skinH5785, and the hairH8181 on it has turnedH2015 whiteH3836, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is the infectionH5061 of leprosyH6883, it has brokenH6524 outH6524 in the boilH7822. 21But ifH518 the priestH3548 looksH7200 at it, and beholdH2009, thereH369 areH369 noH369 whiteH3836 hairsH8181 in it and it is not deeperH8217 thanH4480 the skinH5785 and is fadedH3544, then the priestH3548 shall 18isolateH5462 him for sevenH7651 daysH3117; 22and ifH518 it spreadsH6581 fartherH6581 on the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is an infectionH5061. 23But ifH518 the brightH934 spotH934 remainsH5975 inH8478 its placeH8478 and does not spreadH6581, it is only the scarH6867 of the boilH7822; and the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 him cleanH2891.
24“OrH176 ifH3588 the 19bodyH1320 sustainsH1961 in its skinH5785 a burnH4348 by fireH784, and the rawH4241 flesh of the burnH4348 becomesH1961 a brightH934 spotH934, reddish-whiteH125, orH176 whiteH3836, 25then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at it. And ifH2009 the hairH8181 in the brightH934 spotH934 has 20turnedH2015 whiteH3836 and it appearsH4758 to be deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785, it is leprosyH6883; it has brokenH6524 outH6524 in the burnH4348. Therefore, the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is an infectionH5061 of leprosyH6883. 26But ifH518 the priestH3548 looksH7200 at it, and indeedH2009, thereH369 isH369 noH369 whiteH3836 hairH8181 in the brightH934 spotH934 and it is noH369 deeperH8217 thanH4480 the skinH5785, but is dimH3544, then the priestH3548 shall 21isolateH5462 him for sevenH7651 daysH3117; 27and the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at him on the seventhH7637 dayH3117. IfH518 it spreadsH6581 fartherH6581 in the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is an infectionH5061 of leprosyH6883. 28But ifH518 the brightH934 spotH934 remainsH5975 inH8478 its placeH8478 and has not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, but is dimH3544, it is the swellingH7613 from the burnH4348; and the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 him cleanH2891, for it is only the scarH6867 of the burnH4348.
29“Now ifH3588 a manH376 orH176 womanH802 hasH1961 an infectionH5061 on the headH7218 orH176 on the beardH2206, 30then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at the infectionH5061, and ifH2009 it appearsH4758 to be deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785 and there is thinH1851 yellowishH6669 hairH8181 in it, then the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; it is a scaleH5424, it is leprosyH6883 of the headH7218 orH176 of the beardH2206. 31But ifH3588 the priestH3548 looksH7200 at the infectionH5061 of the scaleH5424, and indeedH2009, it appearsH4758 to be noH369 deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785 and thereH369 isH369 noH369 blackH7838 hairH8181 in it, then the priestH3548 shall 22isolateH5462 the person with the scalyH5424 infectionH5061 for sevenH7651 daysH3117. 32And on the seventhH7637 dayH3117 the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at the infectionH5061, and ifH2009 the scaleH5424 has not spreadH6581 and noH3808 yellowishH6669 hairH8181 has 23grownH1961 in it, and the appearanceH4758 of the scaleH5424 is noH369 deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785, 33then he shall shaveH1548 himself, but he shall not shaveH1548 the scaleH5424; and the priestH3548 shall 24isolateH5462 the person with the scaleH5424 for sevenH7651 moreH8145 daysH3117. 34Then on the seventhH7637 dayH3117 the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at the scaleH5424, and ifH2009 the scaleH5424 has not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785 and it appearsH4758 to be noH369 deeperH6013 thanH4480 the skinH5785, the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 him cleanH2891; and he shall washH3526 his clothesH899 and beH2891 cleanH2891. 35But ifH518 the scaleH5424 spreadsH6581 fartherH6581 in the skinH5785 afterH310 his cleansingH2893, 36then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at him, and ifH2009 the scaleH5424 has spreadH6581 on the skinH5785, the priestH3548 need not lookH1239 for the yellowishH6669 hairH8181; he is uncleanH2931. 37IfH518 in his sightH5869 the scaleH5424 has remainedH5975, however, and blackH7838 hairH8181 has grownH6779 in it, the scaleH5424 has healedH7495, and he is cleanH2889; and the priestH3548 shall pronounceH2891 him cleanH2891.
38“WhenH3588 a manH376 orH176 a womanH802 hasH1961 brightH934 spotsH934 on the skinH5785 of the 25bodyH1320, whiteH3836 brightH934 spotsH934, 39then the priestH3548 shall lookH7200, and ifH2009 the brightH934 spotsH934 on the skinH5785 of their 26bodiesH1320 are a faintH3544 whiteH3836, it is 27eczemaH933 that has brokenH6524 outH6524 on the skinH5785; he is cleanH2889.
40“Now ifH3588 a manH376 28losesH4803 the hairH4803 of his headH7218, he is only 29baldH7142; he is cleanH2889. 41And ifH518 his headH7218 becomesH4803 baldH4803 at the 30frontH6440 and sidesH6285, he is baldH1371 onH1371 theH1371 foreheadH1371; he is cleanH2889. 42But ifH3588 on the baldH7146 headH7146 orH176 the baldH1372 foreheadH1372 there occursH1961 a reddish-whiteH125 infectionH5061, it is leprosyH6883 breakingH6524 outH6524 on his baldH7146 headH7146 orH176 on his baldH1372 foreheadH1372. 43Then 31the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 at him; and ifH2009 the swellingH7613 of the infectionH5061 is reddish-whiteH125 on his baldH7146 headH7146 orH176 on his baldH1372 foreheadH1372, like the appearanceH4758 of leprosyH6883 in the skinH5785 of the 32bodyH1320, 44he is a leprousH6879 manH376, he is uncleanH2931. The priestH3548 mustH2930 pronounceH2930 him uncleanH2930; his infectionH5061 is on his headH7218.
45“As for the personH6879 whoH834 has the leprousH6879 infectionH5061, his clothesH899 shall be tornH6533 and 33the hair of his headH7218 shall be 34uncoveredH6544, and he shall 35coverH5844 his 36mustacheH8222 and callH7121 outH7121, ‘37UncleanH2931! UncleanH2931!’ 46He shall remainH2930 uncleanH2930 allH3605 the daysH3117 during whichH834 he has the infectionH5061; he is uncleanH2931. He shall liveH3427 aloneH910; he shall liveH4186 38outsideH4480H2351 the campH4264.
