Romans 6:6-11
6knowing this, that our 1old 2self was 3crucified with Him, in order that our 4body of sin might be 5done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; 7for 6the one who has died is 7freed from sin.
8Now 8if we have died with Christ, we believe that 9we shall also live with Him, 9knowing that Christ, having been 10raised from the dead, 11is never to die again; 12death no longer is master over Him. 10For 13the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but 14the life that He lives, He lives to 15God. 11So you too, consider yourselves to be 16dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
