Context of Job 10:7
5Are Your days like the days of a mortal, Or Your years like a man’s year, 6That You should search for my guilt And carefully seek my sin? According to Your knowledge I am indeed not guilty, Yet there is no one to save me from Your hand. 8‘Your hands fashioned and made me altogether, Yet would You destroy me? 9Remember that You have made me as clay; Yet would You turn me into dust again?

- Barnes’ Notes on the Bible · v. 7Thou knowest that I am not wicked - That is, that I am not a hypocrite, or an impenitent sinner. Job did not claim perfection (see the note at Job 9:20), but he maintained through all this argument that he was not a wicked man, in the sense in which his friends regarded him as such, and for the truth of this he could boldly appeal to God. The margin is, “It is upon thy knowledge.” This is a literal translation of the Hebrew, but the sense is well…Read the comment
