Isaiah 51:4-8

4“1Pay attention to Me, My people, And listen to Me, My 2nation; For a 3law will go out from Me, And I will bring My 4justice as a 5light of the peoples.5My 6righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth, And My 7arms will judge the peoples; The 8coastlands will wait for Me, And they will wait expectantly for My 9arm.610Raise your eyes to the sky, Then look to the earth beneath; For the 11sky will vanish like smoke, And the 12earth will wear out like a garment And its inhabitants will die 13in the same way. But My 14salvation will be forever, And My righteousness will not fail.715Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, A people in whose 16heart is My Law; Do not fear the 17taunting of 18people, Nor be terrified of their abuses.8For the 19moth will eat them like a garment; Yes, the 20moth will eat them like wool. But My 21righteousness will be forever, And My salvation to all generations.”
