Isaiah 40:23-24

23It is He who reduces 1rulers to nothing, Who 2makes the judges of the earth 3meaningless.24 4Scarcely have they been planted, 5Scarcely have they been sown, 6Scarcely has their stock taken root in the earth, But He merely blows on them, and they wither, And the 7storm carries them away like stubble.
