Isaiah 32:5-8

5No longer will the 1fool be called noble, Or the rogue be spoken of as generous.6For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart 23inclines toward wickedness: To practice 4ungodliness and to speak error against the Lord, To 56keep the hungry person unsatisfied And 7to withhold drink from the thirsty.7As for a rogue, his weapons are evil; He 8devises wicked schemes To 9destroy the poor with 10slander, 11Even though the needy one speaks 12what is right.8But 13the noble person devises noble plans; And by noble plans he stands.
