Isaiah 1:14-17
141I hate your new moon festivals and your 2appointed feasts, They have become a burden to Me; I am 3tired of bearing them.15So when you 4spread out your hands in prayer, 5I will hide My eyes from you; Yes, even though you 6offer many prayers, I will not be listening. 7Your hands are 8covered with blood.
16“9Wash yourselves, 10make yourselves clean; 11Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. 12Stop doing evil,17Learn to do good; 13Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor, 14Obtain justice for the orphan, Plead for the widow’s case.
