Hebrews 9:3-8

3Behind 1the second veil there was a 2tabernacle which is called the 3Most Holy Place, 4having a golden 4 5altar of incense and 6the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was 7a golden jar holding the manna, 8Aaron’s staff which budded, and 9the tablets of the covenant; 5and above it were the 10cherubim of glory 11overshadowing the 12atoning cover; but about these things we cannot now speak in detail.

6Now when these things have been so prepared, the priests 13are continually entering the 14outer 15tabernacle, performing the divine worship, 7but into 16the second, only 17the high priest enters 18once a year, 19not without taking blood which he 20offers for himself and for the 21 22sins of the people committed in ignorance. 8 23The Holy Spirit is signifying this, 24that the way into the holy place has not yet been disclosed while the 25outer tabernacle is still standing,
