Hebrews 9:14-15
14how much more will 1the blood of Christ, who through 23the eternal Spirit 4offered Himself without blemish to God, 5cleanse your conscience from 6dead works to serve 7the living God?
15For this reason 8He is the 9mediator of a 10new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the violations that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been 11called may 12receive the promise of 13the eternal inheritance.
