Ephesians 5:14-21

14For this reason 1it says, “2Awake, sleeper, And arise from 3the dead, And Christ 4will shine on you.”

15So then, 5be careful how you 6walk, not 7as unwise people but as wise, 16 8 9making the most of your time, because 10the days are evil. 17Therefore do not be foolish, but 11understand what the will of the Lord is. 18And 12do not get drunk with wine, 13in which there is 14debauchery, but be 15filled with the Spirit, 19 16speaking to 17one another in 18psalms and 19hymns and spiritual 20songs, 21singing and making melody with your hearts to the Lord; 20 22always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to our 23God and Father; 21 24 25and subject yourselves to one another in the 26 27fear of Christ.
