2 Corinthians 4:7-12
7But we have this treasure in 12earthen containers, so that the extraordinary greatness of 3the power will be of God and not from ourselves; 8we are 4afflicted in every way, but not 5crushed; 6perplexed, but not despairing; 97persecuted, but not 8abandoned; 9struck down, but not destroyed; 1010always carrying around in the body the dying of Jesus, so that 11the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11For we who live are constantly being handed over to death because of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal flesh. 12So death works in us, but life in you.
