Revelation 17:11-18

11The beast which 1was and is not, is himself also an eighth and is one of the seven, and he 2goes to destruction. 12The 3ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast 4for one hour. 13These have 5one 6purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. 14These will wage 7war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will 8overcome them, because He is 9Lord of lords and 10King of kings, and 11those who are with Him are the 12called and chosen and faithful.”

15And he said to me, “The 13waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are 14peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues. 16And the 15ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her 16desolate and 17naked, and will 18eat her flesh and will 19burn her up with fire. 17For 20God has put it in their hearts to execute His 21purpose 22by 23having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the 24words of God will be fulfilled. 18The woman whom you saw is 25the great city, which 26reigns over the kings of the earth.”
