11Likewise when all the Jewsהַיְּהוּדִ֡יםhai.ye.hu.DimH3064that werein Moabבְּמוֹאָ֣ב׀be.mo.'AvH4124,and among the Ammonitesעַמּ֨וֹןa.MonH5983,and in Edomוּבֶאֱד֜וֹםu.ve.'e.DomH123, and that werein all the countriesהָֽאֲרָצוֹת֙ha.'a.ra.tzOtH776,heardשָֽׁמְע֔וּsha.me.'UH8085that the kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֛לba.VelH894had leftנָתַ֧ןna.TanH5414a remnantשְׁאֵרִ֖יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Judahלִֽיהוּדָ֑הli.hu.DahH3063,and that he had setהִפְקִ֣ידhif.KidH6485over them Gedaliahגְּדַלְיָ֖הוּge.dal.Ya.huH1436the sonH1121of Ahikamאֲחִיקָ֥ם'a.chi.KamH296the sonH1121of Shaphanשָׁפָֽן׃sha.FanH8227;
12Even all the Jewsהַיְּהוּדִ֗יםhai.ye.hu.DimH3064returned outוַיָּשֻׁ֣בוּvai.ya.Shu.vuH7725of all placesהַמְּקֹמוֹת֙ha.me.ko.mOtH4725whither they were drivenנִדְּחוּ־ni.de.chu-H5080,and cameוַיָּבֹ֧אוּvai.ya.Vo.'uH935to the landאֶֽרֶץ־'e.retz-H776of Judahיְהוּדָ֛הye.hu.DahH3063,to Gedaliahגְּדַלְיָ֖הוּge.dal.Ya.huH1436,unto MizpahH4708,and gatheredוַיַּאַסְפ֛וּvai.ya.'as.FuH622wineיַ֥יִןYa.yinH3196and summer fruitsוָקַ֖יִץva.Ka.yitzH7019veryמְאֹֽד׃ פme.'OdH3966muchהַרְבֵּ֥הhar.BehH7235.
13Moreover Johananוְיֽוֹחָנָן֙ve.yo.cha.NanH3110the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Kareahקָרֵ֔חַka.Re.achH7143,and all the captainsשָׂרֵ֥יsa.ReiH8269of the forcesהַחֲיָלִ֖יםha.cha.ya.LimH2428that werein the fieldsבַּשָּׂדֶ֑הba.sa.DehH7704,cameבָּ֥אוּBa.'uH935to Gedaliahגְּדַלְיָ֖הוּge.dal.Ya.huH1436to MizpahH4708,
