9And the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto me, A conspiracyקֶ֙שֶׁר֙ke.sherH7195is foundנִֽמְצָא־nim.tza'-H4672among the menבְּאִ֣ישׁbe.'IshH376of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063,and among the inhabitantsוּבְיֹשְׁבֵ֖יu.ve.yo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.
10They are turned backשָׁ֩בוּ֩sha.vuH7725to the iniquitiesעֲוֹנֹ֨ת'a.vo.NotH5771of their forefathersאֲבוֹתָ֜ם הָרִֽאשֹׁנִ֗ים'a.vo.Tam ha.ri.sho.NimH1H7223,which refusedמֵֽאֲנוּ֙me.'a.NuH3985to hearלִשְׁמ֣וֹעַlish.Mo.a'H8085my wordsדְּבָרַ֔יde.va.RaiH1697;and they wentהָלְכ֗וּha.le.KhuH1980afterאַחֲרֵ֛י'a.cha.ReiH310otherאֲחֵרִ֖ים'a.che.RimH312godsאֱלֹהִ֥ים'E.lo.HimH430to serveלְעָבְדָ֑םle.'a.ve.DamH5647them: the houseבֵֽית־veit-H1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478and the houseוּבֵ֣יתu.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063have brokenהֵפֵ֤רוּhe.Fe.ruH6565my covenantבְּרִיתִ֕יbe.ri.TiH1285which I madeכָּרַ֖תִּיka.Ra.tiH3772with their fathersאֲבוֹתָֽם׃ ס'a.vo.TamH1.
11Therefore thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,Behold, I will bringמֵבִ֤יאme.Vi'H935evilרָעָ֔הra.'AhH7451upon them, which they shall not be ableיוּכְל֖וּyu.khe.LuH3201to escapeלָצֵ֣אתla.TzetH3318;and though they shall cryוְזָעֲק֣וּve.za.'a.KuH2199unto me, I will not hearkenאֶשְׁמַ֖ע'esh.Ma'H8085unto them.
12Then shall the citiesעָרֵ֣י'a.ReiH5892of Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063and inhabitantsוְיֹשְׁבֵי֙ve.yo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔םye.Ru.sha.LimH3389goוְהָֽלְכ֞וּve.ha.le.KhuH1980,and cryוְזָֽעֲקוּ֙ve.za.'a.KuH2199unto the godsהָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔יםha.'E.lo.HimH430unto whom they offer incenseמְקַטְּרִ֖יםme.ka.te.RimH6999:but they shall not saveוְהוֹשֵׁ֛עַve.ho.She.a'H3467them at allיוֹשִׁ֥יעוּyo.Shi.'uH3467in the timeבְּעֵ֥תbe.'EtH6256of their troubleרָעָתָֽם׃ra.'a.TamH7451.
13For according tothe numberמִסְפַּ֣רmis.ParH4557of thy citiesעָרֶ֔יךָ'a.Rei.khaH5892were thy godsאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430,O Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063; and according tothe numberוּמִסְפַּ֞רu.mis.ParH4557of the streetsחֻצ֣וֹתchu.TzotH2351of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389have ye set upשַׂמְתֶּ֤םsam.TemH7760altarsמִזְבְּחוֹת֙miz.be.chOtH4196to thatshameful thingלַבֹּ֔שֶׁתla.Bo.shetH1322, evenaltarsמִזְבְּח֖וֹתmiz.be.ChotH4196to burn incenseלְקַטֵּ֥רle.ka.TerH6999unto Baalלַבָּֽעַל׃ סla.Ba.'alH1168.
14Therefore prayתִּתְפַּלֵּל֙tit.pa.LelH6419not thou for this peopleהָעָ֣םha.'AmH5971,neither lift upתִּשָּׂ֥אti.Sa'H5375a cryרִנָּ֣הri.NahH7440or prayerוּתְפִלָּ֑הu.te.fi.LahH8605for them: for I will not hearשֹׁמֵ֗עַsho.Me.a'H8085themin the timeבְּעֵ֛תbe.'EtH6256that they cryקָרְאָ֥םka.re.'AmH7121unto me for their troubleרָעָתָֽם׃ סra.'a.TamH7451.
15What hath my belovedלִֽידִידִ֞יli.di.DiH3039to do in mine houseבְּבֵיתִ֗יbe.vei.TiH1004, seeingshe hath wroughtעֲשׂוֹתָ֤הּa.so.TahH6213lewdnessהַֽמְזִמָּ֙תָה֙ham.zi.Ma.tahH4209with manyהָֽרַבִּ֔יםha.ra.BimH7227,and the holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944fleshוּבְשַׂר־u.ve.sar-H1320is passedיַעַבְר֣וּya.'av.RuH5674from thee? when thou doest evilרָעָתֵ֖כִיra.'a.Te.khiH7451,then thou rejoicestתַּעֲלֹֽזִי׃ta.'a.Lo.ziH5937.
16The Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068calledקָרָ֥אka.Ra'H7121thy nameשְׁמֵ֑ךְshe.MekhH8034,A greenרַֽעֲנָן֙ra.'a.NanH7488olive treeזַ֤יִתZa.yitH2132,fairיְפֵ֣הye.PehH3303, andof goodlyתֹ֔אַרTo.'arH8389fruitפְרִי־fe.ri-H6529:with the noiseלְק֣וֹל׀le.KolH6963of a greatגְדֹלָ֗הge.do.LahH1419tumultהֲמוּלָּ֣הha.mu.LahH1999he hath kindledהִצִּ֥יתhi.TzitH3341fireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784upon it, and the branchesדָּלִיּוֹתָֽיו׃da.li.yo.TavH1808of it are brokenוְרָע֖וּve.ra.'UH7489.
17For the Lordוַיהוָ֤הva.Yah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָאוֹת֙tze.va.'OtH6635,that plantedהַנּוֹטֵ֣עַha.no.Te.a'H5193thee, hath pronouncedדִּבֶּ֥רdi.BerH1696evilרָעָ֑הra.'AhH7451against thee, forבִּ֠גְלַלBig.lalH1558the evilרָעַ֨תra.'AtH7451of the houseבֵּֽית־beit-H1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֜לYis.ra.'ElH3478and of the houseוּבֵ֣יתu.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063,which they have doneעָשׂ֥וּ'a.SuH6213against themselves to provoke me to angerלְהַכְעִסֵ֖נִיle.hakh.'i.Se.niH3707in offering incenseלְקַטֵּ֥רle.ka.TerH6999unto Baalלַבָּֽעַל׃ סla.Ba.'alH1168.
