17Gather upאִסְפִּ֥י'is.PiH622thy waresכִּנְעָתֵ֑ךְkin.'a.TekhH3666out of the landמֵאֶ֖רֶץme.'E.retzH776,O inhabitantיֹשֶׁ֖בֶתyo.shav.tiH3427of the fortressבַּמָּצֽוֹר׃ סba.ma.TzorH4692.

18For thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,Behold, I will slingקוֹלֵ֛עַko.Le.a'H7049out the inhabitantsיוֹשְׁבֵ֥יyo.she.VeiH3427of the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776at this onceבַּפַּ֣עַםba.Pa.'amH6471,and will distressוַהֲצֵר֥וֹתִיva.ha.tze.Ro.tiH6887them, that they may findיִמְצָֽאוּ׃ סyim.Tza.'uH4672it so.

19Woeא֥וֹי'oH188is me for my hurtשִׁבְרִ֔יshiv.RiH7667!my woundמַכָּתִ֑יma.ka.TiH4347is grievousנַחְלָ֖הnach.LahH2470:but I saidאָמַ֔רְתִּי'a.Mar.tiH559,Trulyאַ֛ךְ'akhH389this isa griefחֳלִ֖יcho.LiH2483,and I must bearוְאֶשָּׂאֶֽנּוּ׃ve.'e.sa.'E.nuH5375it.

20My tabernacleאָהֳלִ֣י'o.ho.LiH168is spoiledשֻׁדָּ֔דshu.DadH7703,and all my cordsמֵיתָרַ֖יmei.ta.RaiH4340are brokenנִתָּ֑קוּni.Ta.kuH5423:my childrenבָּנַ֤יba.NaiH1121are gone forthיְצָאֻ֙נִי֙ye.tza.'U.niH3318of me, and they are not: there isnone to stretch forthנֹטֶ֥הno.TehH5186my tentאָהֳלִ֔י'o.ho.LiH168any more, and to set upוּמֵקִ֖יםu.me.KimH6965my curtainsיְרִיעוֹתָֽי׃ye.ri.'o.TaiH3407.

21For the pastorsהָֽרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462are become brutishנִבְעֲרוּ֙niv.'a.RuH1197,and have not soughtדָרָ֑שׁוּda.Ra.shuH1875the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068:therefore they shall not prosperהִשְׂכִּ֔ילוּhis.Ki.luH7919,and all their flocksמַרְעִיתָ֖םmar.'i.TamH4830shall be scatteredנָפֽוֹצָה׃ סna.Fo.tzahH6327.

23O Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,I knowיָדַ֣עְתִּיya.Da'.tiH3045that the wayדַּרְכּ֑וֹdar.KoH1870of manלָאָדָ֖םla.'a.DamH120is not in himself: it isnot in manלְאִ֣ישׁle.'IshH376that walkethהֹלֵ֔ךְho.LekhH1980to directוְהָכִ֖יןve.ha.KhinH3559his stepsצַעֲדֽוֹ׃tza.'a.DoH6806.

24O Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,correctיַסְּרֵ֥נִיya.se.Re.niH3256me, but with judgmentבְּמִשְׁפָּ֑טbe.mish.PatH4941;not in thine angerבְּאַפְּךָ֖be.'a.pe.KhaH639,lest thou bring me to nothingתַּמְעִטֵֽנִי׃tam.'i.Te.niH4591.
