14Sing for joyרָנִּי֙ra.NiH7442,O Daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726;shout aloudהָרִ֖יעוּha.Ri.'uH7321,O Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478!Be gladשִׂמְחִ֤יsim.ChiH8055and rejoiceוְעָלְזִי֙ve.'al.ZiH5937with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605your heartלֵ֔בLevH3820,O Daughterבַּ֖תbatH1323of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389!

15The LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has taken awayהֵסִ֤ירhe.SirH5493your punishmentמִשְׁפָּטַ֔יִךְmish.pa.Ta.yikhH4941;He has turned backפִּנָּ֖הpi.NahH6437your enemyאֹֽיְבֵ֑ךְ'o.ye.VekhH341.Israel’sיִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל׀Yis.ra.'ElH3478Kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428,the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,is among youבְּקִרְבֵּ֔ךְbe.kir.BekhH7130;noלֹא־lo'-H3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750will you fearתִֽירְאִ֥יtir.'IH3372any harmרָ֖עra'H7451.

16On thatהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117they will sayיֵאָמֵ֥רye.'a.MerH559to Jerusalemלִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖םli.ru.sha.LimH3389: “Do notאַל־'al-H408fearתִּירָ֑אִיti.Ra.'iH3372,O Zionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726;do notאַל־'al-H408let your handsיָדָֽיִךְ׃ya.Da.yikhH3027fall limpיִרְפּ֥וּyir.PuH7503.

17The LORDיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהַ֛יִךְ'e.lo.Ha.yikhH430is among youבְּקִרְבֵּ֖ךbe.kir.BekhH7130;He is mightyגִּבּ֣וֹרgi.BorH1368to saveיוֹשִׁ֑יעַyo.Shi.a'H3467.He will rejoiceיָשִׂ֨ישׂya.SisH7797over youעָלַ֜יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921with gladnessבְּשִׂמְחָ֗הbe.sim.ChahH8057;He will quietיַחֲרִישׁ֙ya.cha.RishH2790youwith His loveבְּאַ֣הֲבָת֔וֹbe.'A.ha.va.ToH160;He will rejoiceיָגִ֥ילya.GilH1523over youעָלַ֖יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921with singingבְּרִנָּֽה׃be.ri.NahH7440.”

18“I will gatherאָסַ֖פְתִּי'a.Saf.tiH622those among youמִמֵּ֣ךְmi.MekhH4480who grieveנוּגֵ֧יnu.GeiH3013over the appointed feastsמִמּוֹעֵ֛דmi.mo.'EdH4150,so thatהָי֑וּha.YuH1961you will no longer sufferמַשְׂאֵ֥תmas.'EtH4864reproachחֶרְפָּֽה׃cher.PahH2781עָלֶ֖יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921.

19Beholdהִנְנִ֥יhi.NiH2005,at thatהַהִ֑יאha.Hi'H1931timeבָּעֵ֣תba.'EtH6256,I will dealעֹשֶׂ֛ה'o.SehH6213אֶת־'et-H853with allכָּל־kol-H3605who afflict youמְעַנַּ֖יִךְme.'a.Na.yikhH6031.I will saveוְהוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣יve.ho.sha'.TiH3467אֶת־'et-H853the lameהַצֹּלֵעָ֗הha.tzo.le.'AhH6760and gatherאֲקַבֵּ֔ץ'a.ka.BetzH6908the scatteredוְהַנִּדָּחָה֙ve.han.ni.da.ChahH5080;and I will appointוְשַׂמְתִּים֙ve.sam.TimH7760praiseלִתְהִלָּ֣הlit.hi.LahH8416and fameוּלְשֵׁ֔םu.le.ShemH8034for the disgracedבָּשְׁתָּֽם׃ba.she.TamH1322throughoutבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776.
